Affordable Replacement Window

I was really pleased with the process of buying new windows for my condominium. My only disappointment is one of the screens was either lost or damaged by ARWS. I paid for the services and was given in writing the fact that they still owe me a screen. It has been over four months now, and I still don't have a screen for one of my windows. When I call AWRS to inquire about the status of my screen, I'm told that they are going to check into it and call me back.

They never do! When I spoke with AWRS last month they told me they have the screen. Today I was told they have to locate the screen and they will call me back. At this point I just want to go and pick it up. But I can't even do that because they have lost or misplaced another screen. UPDATE - AWRS did install my screen yesterday evening! The costumer service was great on the front end.they just need to follow through on the back end in cases like mine.

Rico, Bart and Shawn were a delight to work with. Bart and Rico were Professional and their prices were the best we found. Shawn was also professional, prompt and meticulous with the installation of our windows. All were installed same day and we could not be happier. I would recommend this company and will use them again when we replace our patio doors.

So, I would recommend these guys 100% any day. Their style fits what I'm looking for in a company. They are a small, local owned company, which I prefer to do business with, and they are true to their name. Affordable. We had a couple other quotes from bigger companies and these guys were AT LEAST half the price. The sales process was my style too.

I contacted via email, and it happened to be during the winter storm of this year. I literally just forwarded Bart my estimate from one of the other guys and after a couple of days emailed me back his quote. We checked another place and still, price was unbeatable. Emailed him back and said let's do it. Bart and Rico came by, measured the windows and gave us the run down and we signed.

The only negative to the experience was out of their control. The manufacturers are all desperately behind on orders but I just kept in touch and when they came in we scheduled quickly and the crew had all 10 windows in the first day. They finished up by lunch time on the second day. Very professional and solid work. I know a little about remodeling so if you're looking for a laid back company who does what they say they will.

Give these guys a call. If you don't know as much, ask. They aren't going to pressure you, no hardline sales tactics. No 2 hour pitch to wear you down and sign. Just good honest guys. If I need more windows done, they will be my first call. If anyone I know need some, I will refer every time. Satisfied customer.

We recently completed a home renovation project. ARW replaced 5 existing windows and installed a brand new window in our home. Bart, our salesperson, was professional, knowledgeable and honest. After sitting through multiple meetings with other companies and feeling more confused when they were over than when it began, Bart was so refreshing. I was not being "sold" on this and that.

He did not stay for 3 hours and put on a show. He respected our time and met our needs. He understood our price range without compromising style. In addition, the owner and the installers were equally friendly and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner and turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend using this company.

They came in with a great quote and the installers were very professional and did an excellent job. The new door really improved the look of our house and is very energy efficient.

A well deserved 5 for AWRS. Working with Rico was a good experience he was upfront honest, clear and very respectful and also affordable. I had 5 different quotes and AWRS had the best price. I want to thank Shawn, Jamie, Tommy, Mando & Juan for respecting my home they wore mask while working at my house during this situation wth this Covid but like I believe the show must go on. The job was well done cleaned up and windows & French doors look fabulous. I recommend AWRS this is a company that cares about their service and products.

I was relieved to finally find a window company who listened to me, and gave me the freedom to choose from a wide array of window brands. The staff was great, from their first visit, through to the finished installation. I'll be telling my neighbors.

We were initially concerned to have our installation for our replacement windows scheduled during this cold snap but Rico assured us that it wasn't a big deal. He was right! We couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently his team worked. It seemed like each window opening was open to the elements for just a few minutes.

ARWS was great to work with. From providing a timely estimate to instillation, everything went smoothly and as promised. Rico, President of ARWS, was on-site during the installation to oversee the job personally, and his work crew was extremely conscientious and courteous.

We've had projects done by Rico twice and both were done beautifully. The first was rebuilding the interior structure of two exterior walls, replacing sheetrock, and matching wall texture due to termite damage. The second, was removing an old roof from a backyard cabana and building a new custom roof structure. We highly recommend Rico and his crew.

Well, I love the window I bought. Unfortunately I am still missing a piece of the window that was supposed to be installed weeks ago. I also had to call an electrician in because of a screw driven into my wall that caused an electrical short resulting in our garbage disposal outlet to not work. I was told I would be reimbursed $70.00 service call but, have yet to receive that payment.

I found Affordable Replacement Windows online and after meeting with two other companies I met Rico who owns the business. He met with me twice and exchanged several emails to answer all of my questions about replacement windows. He was very patient with someone who has a hard time making decisions and trusting contractors.

I knew that my husband didn't want to deal with the hassle of new windows but I convinced him that it was time. Our house was built in the 80's boom and many didn't open easily or stay open. Rico was very patient with us during our long decision process.

A friend of mine referred me to Affordable Replacement Window Systems. When I talked to Rico on the phone he was fairly informative so I agreed to have him come out and give me an estimate. I already had a couple of other estimates and his was right in line with the others. What sold me was his accreditation with Simonton, the windows he installs.

When the guys came out, they were fast, clean and did a walk through with me before I signed off on the project. I was very pleased and happy that everything was in writing. I would definitely recommed them to anyone looking for reasonably priced quality windows.
