Punctual. Reasonable price. I gave only 4 stars because they missed cleaning the pull out tray under the oven and it was filthy. (The owner offered to come back and clean it). The cabinet shelves were not scrubbed clean but rather only dusted. Other than that, everything else is satisfactory.

I used this service after reading Yelp reviews and was impressed at the first visit. However, subsequent visits never met standard, and each time when I contacted Jose, I was met with ambivalence. He would offer an apology, then an excuse which basically rendered the apology useless. "They've been busy the whole week and you were their last house." (I actually got this excuse 2x).

The last straw for me was when they left a bucket from the kitchen in the living room, left areas uncleaned, and very much rushed a job. I got a long response from Jose about how their "prices would be changing in 2018 so they could survive". Save your time and money for a more efficient service and employees who take pride in their work. This company isn't it!

I just had my 3 bedroom house cleaned by two ladies from Ready Set Maids and I am utterly satisfied. They did a deep cleaning work which was definitely needed after we moved in just a week ago. The whole task was completed in 2 hours and I simply could not find areas which might need any additional cleaning. It was a short notice to set it up in few days before Christmas which I originally thought could be a problem timing wise.

They called in the morning that they could come in earlier and I gladly said it was ok. They arrived right on time and started to work. The cleaning staffs are very nice and cordial. Just purely based on customer service this company deserved a bump up in rating. Seriously within an hour of my inital Yelp post, the company owner Jose contacted me and assured me they would come out to clean again. I didn't know that the company has a 200% guarantee on your satisfaction of their work. They did come back out within days, the owner personally apologized and assured me that they do not usually ever have unsatisfied customers and re-cleaned my home again and did a great job concentrating on making sure I was happy with their work.

Quick, kind, efficient. I called the day before and they were able to squeeze me in, came cleaned, was nice, did much more than expected. Deff will call again.

I spoke with Jose the owner and he Answered my questions and was able to schedule me within the next week. I was so happy of the job they did. They dusted and got in all the corners I had been too busy to do. I showed them A few specific spots I wanted special attention and it was no problem at all. I have already scheduled them for the next visit : money well spent!

He was proactive in letting me know they would be late and gave me a reasonable time frame. The 3 of them got right to work and covered every corner of my house. I found Cleaning Maids Houston online and I called them because I wanted to deep clean my home for the holidays. I spoke with the owner and he was courteous and gave me a quote.
