In 2004 we hired Heritage Remodel & Design (HR&D) to construct an extensive addition on our home, which they built in 1997. The addition was multi-story consisting of a below-ground storage space, additional garage space, office, laundry room and closets. The addition was 1300 square feet total with 560 square feet of finished space.

Mike Sowards along with HR&D did an outstanding job with finishing out our 3rd floor, in the spring of 2007. Mike listened carefully to what we wanted for our project. He made suggestions, many times coming up with better ways to do things. He watched the subs closely and followed our plans exactly. Mike always did exactly what he said he would do.

I found Mike to be the very best possible person to be involved in this project. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the construction. We designed the room together. He listened to all my ideas and tried to incorporate as many as were practical. The subs that HR&D used liked working for him and frequently expressed this. The quality of the work was excellent.
