Update3: they'll be here Friday 6/3 to fix it! Never received our courtesy call. Our fridge has been broken going on 17 days now. We were on the phone for 3 hours with Best Buy and lg to get our fridge fixed under warranty. Finally LG agreed to they would accept the warranty. And sent us to mikes service. Heads up. Even if they know what's wrong, LG does not allow them to bring the part on the first visit.
It requires a second visit. Mikes service said they would give us a courtesy call to let us know if they would come over on 5/31 or 6/2 of 2022. We never got our courtesy call. We've been on hold for 25 mins on one phone and 12 mins on another phone. The 25 mins one automatically kicked us off. Update: the 12 min one is now 28 mins. Update 2: finally got through on the phone after 31 mins.
They're looking into seeing if our parts are in. I don't see a reason to be ignoring our calls and to not even give a courtesy call. I understand businesses are short staffed. Everywhere is short staffed and workers are being overworked. But a courtesy call saying "your parts aren't in, or, we'll be out on Tuesday!" Doesn't take more than a couple minutes. even a voicemail woulda helped. I will update my review based on how they handle this situation.

I am very disappointed in this company. They were hired by Samsung to fix a new dishwasher. The first service visit to assess the issue was fine and the technician was very polite. However two weeks later I've been canceled on twice with no explanation nor a call informing me my appointments were canceled. I also am disappointed the service windows have been 10am - 5pm which is highly inconvenient.

Warranty work. So Samsung chose this company. Didn't cost me anything but I still feel qualified to review services. Original part came in damaged so I was rescheduled. However I have doubts this was the case because when tech showed up to do the repair with the new part, it hadn't been inspected prior to arriving at my home so I believe the original wouldn't have been either.
This leads me to believe the original was never actually ordered and I was being lied to. All in all it took 6 weeks to complete a simple repair. I was rescheduled multiple times. Also they will schedule a day for you and not a time. They give a 9a-5p window, and the tech will call when they are 30 minutes away. I understand the difficulty in routing drivers/techs as I've ran a warehouse for local deliveries with 8 drivers and 14 counties. However, I received a 15 min eta and it was actually 10 minutes.
Also driver showed up in a ragged out Honda with no company insignia. Parked out front for 5 mins before I went to ask them to move as I was expecting a repairman to arrive. Turns out he was the tech and was on the phone. Opened the door and literally dropped the part in the street and said 'I'll be there in a minute' not 'I'm sorry, I'm with mikes repair service and will be with you in a minute.' Also he informed me that 'the boss won't even get me a company sign for my car because he's afraid people will hit him for insurance fraud'. Yes, the tech drives his personal vehicle for a supposedly reputable repair company. Professionalism could seriously use some attention with this company. The repair was done quickly and seems to have remedied the issues. That's reflected in the second star I'm giving them.

Critical: Value The service provided was satisfactory but the cost was excessive. I was charged over $260 to replaced $35 parts. The job was completed in less than an hour. The invoice listed the labor cost at $225/hour. I have had other appliance repair done for half that hourly rate. Services: Refrigerator/freezer repair, Refrigerator repair

The technician that came out was courteous and efficient and fixed the problem! I would give them five stars but there was a snafu on the communication regarding our first appointment and we missed it and therefore had to reschedule. However, Mike talked to me over the phone after the first missed appointment and diagnosed what he thought might be the problem. So the technician was able to come with the part on our second scheduled appointment I was able to fix it. So all is well and they did a great job!

Mike warned me it might not be repairable but I wanted to keep my old one because the lid didn't lock and it was a gigantic machine. It took a long time for the repair, but the delay was on the manufacture's end for a new tub. Daniel persevered til he got 'er done. I will use them again in a heartbeat. Service: Repair washer

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Would give zero stars if possible. Be prepared to lose a whole day waiting and then they don't show up. If they do show up they won't have all the parts or there will be one more thing they forgot to check at the last visit. Service: Repair refrigerator / freezer

Just want to say it took four companies to finally get our refrigerator fixed. Mike's Appliances was the fourth one and Daniel, who fixed my refrigerator did such an excellent job, that we will only ask for him now! He was professional and explained everything in detail. Very knowledgeable and specialized in this field! Daniel also said he would give us a courtesy call in two days! Wow! Thank you, Daniel. The temperature in our LG went down rather quickly. If you need your refrigerator fixed, this guy can do it and does such a professional job!
