My dryer died on Me last week. With my schedule it was hard to set a time so I chose a Monday morning. Tyler called me and within 30 minutes he had fixed my dryer, the price was very reasonably and now I can continue my happy washing & drying Thank you Tyler. Horrible customer service. They charged us $500 for a part for our washing machine that didn't work. It's been a week tomorrow since we called them out the first time. The technician has not been keeping us up to date on what's going on. Now they are saying it needs another part which we were told by a different technician they probably would not be able to find.
I spoke with Mike the owner this morning and asked for a refund. He told me it doesn't work that way. He still has to find out more about the part and that I really didn't want to go the way of asking for a refund. When I insisted he told me he was in a meeting and he would have to call me back. Safe yourself the grief and $500, DO NOT Call this company.
I pray Mike does the right thing and refunds our money. Update: It's been over 3 weeks. I have not heard from Mike and we have not received a refund even though Mike told me the refund was being processed.

The ice maker/water dispenser in my Kenmore fridge stopped working so I called this repair service at the number listed on their website. I set up an appointment with "Oscar" who came for a diagnosis. He told me that there was probably a broken wire in the door and he would be back another time with a replacement part, he did not charge me anything.
After several days I called him back, he stated he had the wrong gauge wire and he would have to get another. After several days I called again and he told me he fell off a ladder and was recovering. This was all in November, he has had no more contact with me, not returned my calls. A month later the repair was completed by another service. If this was too hard a job for him, I wish he had been honest a month ago instead of keeping me hanging. Is "Oscar" actually one of your employees? He had no uniform. He stated he was retired and only works at repair part time.

I called A-1 requesting a second opinion on an LG fridge that stopped working. The gentleman asked for the make, mode, and year of the fridge and he immediately told me to call LG and ask for them to repair. Prior to this call, I had a company come out and diagnose the issue as the compressor which took 5 minutes and I paid $69 for it. They then quoted me $1152 but provided no breakdown of the costs.
They just said the compressor is bad and it's 1152. I called LG based off A-1s recommendation and they came and fixed it for FREE. If this company is that experience to not have to come out for known brand issues based off small details, their repairs must be top quality. I'll be using A-1 for future appliance issues.

Top Notch service. When our refrigerator stopped cooling I contacted A1 who scheduled service the same day. After diagnosing the problem they expedited the delivery of the part and had my fridge up and running within 24 hours of thier initial visit. They were timely, professional and provided quality service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend A1 for honest and quality service.

This over 7 year old side by side Kenmore refrigerator was not as cold and frost was accumulating on the back freezer panel as of Tuesday, 06/13/17. After careful review of several appliance repair companies in San Antonio, Texas, I contacted A1 All City Appliance early Saturday morning on 06/17/17, for repair. I was very pleased to have the phone personally answered by Mike who set me up with a same day appointment with a technician between 2:00 -6:00 p.m. on Saturday, 06/17/17. Fortunately, Austin, the repair technician reached out to me shortly after 1:30 p.m., and notified me he was on his way to assess the refrigerator within the next 30 minutes.
When Austin arrived, he was clean, neat, courteous, professional, and once he assessed the refrigerator, he knew exactly what needed to be done. He was able to temporarily fix our refrigerator coldness, until the part he needed was ordered and replaced on Moday, 06/19/17, between 12:00-3:00 p.m per our requested scheduling, which was a huge relief for me and my family to keep our food and drinks cold, until the repair was complete.
The part was replaced quickly and the total price was fair and reasonable. Thank you so very much to the entire A1 All City Appliance team, and especially, to Austin for a job well done.
