Had Sears come in, only to leave twenty minutes later, without explaining anything to us nor did they fix the problem. Found these guys in Google and they were at my house within a timely manner the same day. The explained to us our options to repair or replace, and even though we opted to replace, they were courteous to explain what kind of fridge we might want to consider in the future. There service call fee was way less expensive then Sears and their service and demeanor was way more professional then Sears. I highly recommend them for your repair needs.

How a person greets an individual looking for information is huge on a first impression. The man who answered the phone is truly condescending and seems you're putting him out by asking questions. I know in his responses he says he has been 30 years in the business but maybe because in the area at one time he was the only game in town. Well I got news for you all here CNSC appliance repair was very polite informative and extremely helpful.

If "0" stars was an option I would have chosen that! Called to get a refrigerator repair set up and the person who answered the phone #1 sounded like they were still asleep and #2 acted as if me calling and requesting to give my business to them was a major problem! Please learn some basic manners and how to have some common courtesy or should I say not so common! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

He even was able to give me an initial run down of what might be going on so as to not come out and charge me for a service call. Ron is GREAT! He found the issue with my washer & explained what was needed. James is AMAZING! He showed me how MY washer inards 'work'; identified another part that I should be aware of; it will need replacing in the future. I opted to get EVERYTHING replaced. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. Ron came out the same morning that I called. My old dishwasher was better off being replaced than repaired (they no longer make one of the parts and it wasn't cost effective to repair the other part), and he gave me some great suggestions and advice about getting the new one. He was very helpful and trustworthy, I'd call him again.

I called this Saturday morning & after explaining my situation Ron stated he would send someone out but may take a couple of hours. He then called me back saying he will be on his way. Ron was very personable, courteous, & professional. Luckily he had my parts available & fixed my oven. I asked him questions about my washer & refrigerator & He gave me helpful information. All done shortly after 12. I recommend highly recommend this company! Very happy customer

Ron just left my house. I called first this morning July 29th (SUNDAY) for our dryer that broke Saturday evening. After i told him what was going on with it, he pretty much said he knew what it was and would have to find if he had the part. He did call back and said he could be over in a few mintues. He was very friendly and had our dryer going in about an hour. Thanks again for coming out on a Sunday afternoon!

Our fridge and freezer went out on a Saturday. We called Reasonable and they were out within an hour on a Saturday. The guy was very nice and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 30 mins. The fridge is now working great. Would recommend for fridge service. 75$ for a service call is pretty standard, pretty good for a weekend actually.

I know the reviews on this place are not so good but I had a great experience. Our refrigerator went out the day after Christmas. Leftovers and milk for my 3 month old in jeopardy. Ron came out on a Sunday to fix it. I couldn't believe it.on a Sunday. Total cost 190 to fix and totally worth it. Was super nice.now. They're not a Big company with uniforms, I don't think I even got an invoice or quote, but he got the job done and I could not be happier. Will be calling Ron again. Thanks guys!
