Chem-Dry of New Mexico employees are consistently professional and do an outstanding job. Today Steve and Ulises took great care in explaining their cleaning process and went the extra mile assisting with moving some furnishings from carpet to tile and tile to carpet to complete the job. Machine bottom dripped dirty water and left several dirty spots on the carpet. The employee had to use a lot of spot cleaner, and yet there were several spots I had to reclean myself. The employee had an overbooked schedule making him quite anxious to leave. The coupon I had caused him to recalculate the invoice and still don't understand how the total was done. Also, I have never been charged for fuel, but $5.00 was added to the bill. All and all too many surprises about the billing. Still waiting to see if all the spots come out.

I have used Chem-Dry of New Mexico, based in Albuquerque, to come to Santa Fe and clean my carpets for years. They always provide professional service, from booking the appointment to reminding me the day before to calling before they show up. PLUS doing a great job. A young man named Brandon has come to my home several times and done a wonderful job. And he's personable and friendly. The prices are very reasonable as well. I've never been disappointed!

Maliq was amazing! He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional in his mannerisms and the way he conducted the service. He took great care to remove spots and time to clean high traffic areas. When Maliq left my carpets looked brand new. I am do pleased with the work he did and this company. We've used Chem-Dry for years to maintain our floor tile and grout! I don't know what's in their cleaning product, but our floors have always turned out looking like new! There's also no chemical odor while cleaning and the majority of the floor is dry before they leave! I wouldn't use any other company to clean my floor tile/grout! Service: Pet stain & odor removal

The carpet and couch are clean, but I would not use Chem Dry again. The carpet and couch both came out rough and bristly and the carpet "crunches" now when we walk on it. I have had other companies clean the carpet with other methods and it comes out clean AND soft after they are done. Also, the technician was unprofessional and insulting, and walked around the just-cleaned carpet without any booties on his shoes and left dirty smudges on the floors next to the carpeted areas. Lastly, the prices are very expensive: close to $500 for just the couch and living room carpet. I will be returning to my previous cleaner again.

Brandon was professional, friendly, and informative. Most importantly, he loves dogs and was therefore able to understand and address our carpet and flooring issues, since we have four dogs. He cleaned the carpet and the grout, which had not been professionally cleaned for eight years. This was an extremely positive experience, and we are very pleased with the results. This is an excellent service.

The Chem-Dry representative Brandon was on time, courteous, and left our carpet, upholstery, and area rug in super clean condition. My family has used Chem-Dry several times and we are always satisfied with their service. In addition, we got 25% off the service for contributing nonperishable food items that Chem-Dry collects to support local food pantries. I will support any company who provides for the needy in our community!

We have 1 tiles on the floor in a couple of our bathrooms in our mid century home. Every year or two Chem dry comes out to clean and seal our grout and makes our bathrooms look fabulous. We also use them to clean our area rugs on a regular basis and they always do a fabulous job.

Chen-Dry is a phenomenal company that is responsive when it comes to communicating needs. I highly recommend this company because of the integrity and values they hold. They make sure to take care of you and your carpet cleaning needs.

We have used this company twice for carpet cleaning, and both experiences were great from beginning to end. Ashley, the scheduler, was helpful and accommodating. The technicians that came each time were both timely and professional. Chem dry made the experience of having someone in your home to clean your carpets easy and seamless. I've had some bad experiences with other companies.

Amazing Service! I have used Chem Dry services for years. They clean my carpet and tile. Always do a great job and Adam is friendly and sweeps out my garage before pulling the hoses thru it. It is extremely helpful!

I've tried other carpet cleaning companies but none does as good a job on carpet that has been trampled by 3 kids and 3 dogs! Their cleaners are punctual, professional and work really hard! They try especially hard to get stains out; even old stains from years ago. I recommend them without reservation.

So happy with my service from Chem-Dry of New Mexico! They came in and picked up my area rugs, cleaned them, brought them back immaculate, and put them back down on my floors for me. They even carted out their trash (the wrappings on the rugs). The price was half what I expected, and the people were kind, respectful, and behaved as if they were happy to get my business.

They were ON TIME, too! This is my second experience with this company; the first was for upholstery cleaning perhaps 3 years ago -- I was as delighted then as I am now. This is a level of service I have come not to expect here in New Mexico, so I am surprised as well as very pleased.

David & Sean are awesome. They cleaned my mom's whole house in only a few hours - they made everything look and smell great. Even sanitized it all - will definitely use them again!

I have been very pleased with Chem Dry's service and technicians. I've used them twice since we moved in and they have cheerfully handled all my requests (couches, cushions, carpets and carpeted stairs). Allan came out yesterday and did a really nice job on my stairs and bedroom carpets, they look fantastic! Not five stars though, because as others have mentioned I think they are a little pricey especially if you upgrade the service to one of the stain resister packages.

I did get the mid level package with the stain resister gaurd yesterday so we'll see how it does, I'll update this review after a couple of cat barfing incidents, and many muddy dog paws have traversed my cream colored carpets! I do like that company called to check up on the service, but didn't send any emails trying to get me to take a survey, or begging for a good review. I'm so over companies who do that. This review is freely given because I liked the service, not because the company pestered the hell out of me to do it.

With 6 dogs living in the house with 3 adults, cleaning my carpets can be quite a challenge. I appreciate the excellent job that Steven does and his careful attention to the spots and stains that we invariably get. Thank you!

The technician who came this time was David, and I really appreciated the fact that when he was measuring the square footage to be cleaned, he deducted for my sofa and other large areas where the furniture was not going to be moved.

This review is for the bait and switch tactics used by this company. My online estimate was $115. Actual estimate from cleaner 225. I expected it to be a little more. But almost double? Really? The actual technician, Ryan, was nice and thorough and seemed surprised that the numbers were so far off. Ended up only getting half the work done I needed. Very disappointing. Company contacted me and rectified this situation. Restored my faith.

Technician was very customer service oriented and was focused on providing a quality service and satisfying us as customers. The person we spoke with on the phone who took our order was also very friendly and professional. We will use your services again. This service was provided in Rio Communities at a rental house we own and we live in El Paso.

The chem dry rep who attempted to clean my carpet told me that the dirt spots that remained after he was done were broken down carpet fibers and that he couldn't do any more for it. I found this somewhat hard to believe because the carpet is only two years old. After thinking about it for a couple of days I decided to have another company clean it.

They came out 5 days after chem dry and extracted an inordinate amount of dirt from my carpet as was evidenced by the amount of dirt that was in the water after the cleaning was finished. I have dated photo evidence to prove it. When I called the owner of chem dry to request a refund, he became very defensive and hung up on me.

Bought our new sofa on eBay- it was beautiful but when it showed up it smelled like MILDEW- since i have allergies and asthma I was worried so I called Chem-Dry, who said they had just the thing for me. One star for coming up to Los Alamos One star for using chemicals that won't adversely affect my cats or little girl One star for the thorough and professional job the serviceman did One star for a fair price for a cleaning and mildew-killing spray =$109 One star for cleaning my daughter's little chair at no charge Good stuff, they priced two other pieces in my house whose lives I'd like to prolong, so I will be calling them again once payday comes around. 8/27 edit- had Chem Dry come back to do our old-as-dirt (and about that color) sofa that we use in the rec room, and my office chair- again reasonable prices, and they were able to get out some stains in the old sofa that I thought were permanent. It's like having a new sofa for $150 - very nice work, I would recommend them.
