Bill's Plumbing

Not great service. Repair person didn't really know what he was doing. Didn't bring the right parts even though I sent in detailed pictures. I had to find another plumber to complete the job.

Not sure what part of the plumbing they're available to do but nine times out of 10 if it's something at my duplex they're not very helpful

We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). The integrity, honesty and professionalism is above and beyond any I've experienced. Thank you to everyone at Bills Plumbing and Drain!

I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am. Mike didn't show up.

No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of "Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done." I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment. Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say "I'm ready to come over." I was furious.

I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. "Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy." And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

I have used Bill's plumbing twice. Once after hours for a clogged drain and then today to install a new dishwasher in my home that has never had a dishwasher. They are great to.work.with! Would recommend them for any plumbing service! Service: Unclog drain

Bill's Plumbing and Drain have been our company and family's go-to plumbing company for some time now. They are always friendly and helpful when scheduling. Their plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are always on time and their pricing is fair. Bill's Plumbing and Drain also goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done properly.

They have a warranty on all their work that they actually stand by and will come back out however many times it takes to make sure it's done right. We have never needed to use the warranty but it's nice to know it's there! Bill's truly is a family owned and operated company that treats all of their customers like an extension of their family!

These are the ones to call if you need a plumber. Chris came over and did an amazing job fixing all sorts of busted pipes in the walls, running water lines, installing toilets, bathroom sinks and kitchen sinks.

These guys are amazing. They are honest, professional and do a great job. I have referred the to numerous people and they have all had the same experience. Would not use anyone else for my plumbing jobs.

I've used Bill's Plumbing many times so I called them when my sewer backed up. Even though they were real busy, they recognized my need and fit me into their schedule within 2 hours. Robert did an excellent job cleaning my main sewer drain and explained what he was doing and why it worked.

Honest professionals, committed to getting the job done right. I recently had an issue that required a plumber to diagnose. The initial technician only partially diagnosed the issue. I called back and Mike, one of the owners, apologized and personally came over and completed the diagnosis.
