Andy and the crew installed a beautiful fountain, but when I need it repaired - will not respond to calls and texts. Non-existent customer service.

Andy's final work is nice, but he is terrible about communicating once you are a paying customer. he did a poor job of telling us about delays in the start date of the project. He never returned to our property for a warranty check on the plants as promised and he never returned to finish some work involving replanting of a tree that he said needed to be done in a warmer time of year. it has now been over a year and a half, with plenty of warmer times gone past.

Would never hire someone who almost pulls out in front of you then speeds by and passes you on the shoulder of the road. Good thing there was no walker or bicycle or they would be dead. I see there was another review about their dangerous driving. I think they have a problem.

Andy and his team did an amazing job on our next door neighbors house - a complete front and back yard remodel. We witnessed the work they did and saw the outstanding results. When we asked for a quote for our house, Andy took our design, walked us through the process, made some great suggestions, and promptly provided a detailed competitive bid. We had some unexpected family issues that have not allowed us to move forward with the work on our home, but we will choose Arte Verde for the work if we do.

Once we decided we were going to do our project we contacted 5 to 6 reputable companies and Andy was the first to respond. Andy was the first to come to our home and had so many great ideas for our weird space we basically went with his ideas as our "mental design" when meeting with the remaining contractors. After reviewing estimates we signed a contract with Arte Verde and things got better from there.

They showed earlier than planned, they worked tirelessly and never missed a single day for six weeks. Every single facet of our project turned bigger and more beautiful than we even dreamed. It was such a great experience it was kind of sad when it ended. Thank you Andy!

Extremely pleased with the job Arte Verde did on renovating our very old BBQ island. They updated the grills and added a wonderful ramada over all of it. The communication from Andy was outstanding - we always knew what would happen, when, and why. We are new to the desert and Andy took the time to answer our questions, and to offer information about things that hadn't even occurred to us.

We coincidentally had a landscape job taking place concurrently and I very much wish I had hired Arte Verde to complete this job as well. In fact, Andy advised us on some questions the landscape company did not address. The Arte Verde crew was always on time, respectful of our property, and clean. We would hire them again and highly recommend.

I have to say I LOVE my yard, front and back, now that Arte Verde has been there. I had landscape lights, orange jubilee, and a big shade tree put in and it's all beautiful. The lights are placed perfectly so everything in the yard looks great at night and it feels so much safer too. The hummingbirds love the orange jubilee and I love watching the hummingbirds. Andy Page and his crew did an amazing job.

Was looking forward to having Andy come out to take a look at a project we have planned. Confirmed his visit for yesterday at 8 am. Unfortunately, Andy was a no show with no call or email to let me know he was not coming. Onward we go with the other contractors we had contacted.

If you're going to drive w your logo on your truck. I suggest you not run red lights and drive at high speeds through residential neighborhoods. This happened this morning between 6:35 - 6:40. You could seriously hurt someone!

Andy and his crew did a fantastic job designing and building our patio. Great customer service and great quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Arte Verde.

Andy Page, Arte Verde Andy completely redid my backyard and we couldn't be more pleased. Others talked about this plant or that plant; Andy had a vision that suited our yard and his team executed it well. They redid the irrigation, added lighting, replaced trees and added plants. Small cactus plants surprised us with beautiful blooms last month. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend Arte Verde.

Very unprofessional. Made a metal structure to cover some decorative holes in my fence so my dog couldn't see the neighbors dogs next door. Originally told me he could match the structure to my current fence and convinced me it would look better than another option I was thinking. After the structure was built, then told me they couldn't match it and gave me a color chart to choose from of which no colors really matched at all. Picked one that we both agreed thought would look ok.

It looked horrible. He came back out and said we could repaint it with metal paint and have more color options but I would have to pay for that. I simply asked him to cover the cost since the only reason I went with his recommendation in the first place is because he said we could match the color of the fence. He literally said "we'll just leave it the way it is then" and walked off. Basically, left me to figure out how to take care of this issue on my own due to his dishonesty. Would not recommend.

I had Arte Verde, who was highly recommended to me, design my patio. The design and the workmanship was beautiful. The customer service after all was paid for was horrible. My first experience took many phone calls and emails before I finally had it returned. The next time I needed Service I never received a call back nor an answer to many many emails.

One of my expensive tropical plants that they planted never really grew in the first place and finally died from root rot. They never responded to the calls regarding the plant. Great work needs great customer service. Sorry not recommended.

Knowing we wanted to redo our landscape, for several years I followed landscape designers in Phoenix Home and Garden magazine, paying close attention to photos of homes and who landscaped them I found 3 designers I thought were outstanding.

Andy/Arte Verde designed a lovely, natural desert landscape for our front and back yard. Two years later it is still beautiful and we get many compliments about how artistic it is. We just started using their maintenance services and they are doing a nice job of keeping it neat.

I met Andy several years ago when looking for someone to remodel my back yard in McCormick Ranch. Andy and his team knocked it out of the park. We recently sold our home and I am 100% convinced that the Backyard work that Andy designed and implemented were a key point of the sale.

When we moved into our home, the first thing my husband wanted to do was have an outdoor kitchen built. After searching the internet, he reached out to Andy at Arte Verde Landscape Design.

We are thrilled with the magnificent job Andy and ArteVerde did with our landscaping. I am impressed with the attention to detail and how Andy was there every step of the way to make sure everything was done right and in a timely manner.
