Years ago, after buying a "brand new inside" home in Manayunk, after 6 months I felt a drip. Who knew, time to completely tear out and rebuild that great tile master bath shower it had. After research and calls, hired ISC. On point, on time, expertise. Recommendations on design, materials, and how to save money in the process, and fix any issues I had.

Very flexible, and as I'd leave everyday, the work was done safely, cleanly, and when done, it was as if no one was ever there.but a stunning brand new custom tile shower in place. Still love it and 4 years later, still perfect. I can't recommend ISC enough. Ian and team are awesome, and I'll gladly recommend and hire them again.

Ian and his crew are very clean, efficient, and great at communicating throughout the project. ISC has redone two showers for me in the past few years, and a remodeling/updating job at another property I manage. My tenants are always well taken care of, and their cleanup after the project is outstanding. They are also great at creating aesthetically pleasing spaces. I would highly recommend ISC for your remodeling needs!

Ian recently renovated our kitchen top to bottom and we had a fantastic experience working with him! His work was top notch and throughout the entire process we were impressed with the attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond on our project. Our kitchen is in an addition to our house and when the walls came down it turned out there was considerable structural damage. Ian basically rebuilt our addition keeping us up to date as to what was going on the entire time.

I felt completely comfortable and relieved this issue was being taken care of correctly. Even small things were considered, such as the hanging of a cabinet door that he offered to change without us bringing it up because he knew it would be more convenient if it opened in the opposite direction. Everything about the experience exceeded out expectations and we now love our beautiful brand new kitchen! Highly highly recommend ISC remodeling!

My husband & I can't recommend Ian Stefenack of ISC Remodeling more! We have had some REALLY bad experiences with contractors which makes us very wary of whom we deal with. Ian has tiled our kitchen & Bathroom with great precision, painted our massive vaulted ceilings & crazy staircases & produced woodwork for us. Ian is as fair & trustworthy a contractor & business man as you could wish for!

A talented craftsman who takes great pride in his work. It matters to him that you, the customer are happy with the project. He listens (which goes a long way with us!), pays attention to detail & will work with you to come up with alternative solutions, as a work around or to fit within your budget. Most importantly he'll tell you too if he can't do the job, unlike many who would just say yes to get the business.

We have been using him for 10 years now, have recommended him verbally many times to our friends, but it's time to make it official on Yelp! Look no further! This is your Man!

Ian is an honest and responsive professional. The jobs were started and completed as promised His return call, site visit and estimates all received quickly. For us that was very important as we have had many bad experiences with contractors who didn't show as promised, even after a contract was signed! The areas were left clean at the end of the day tools wrapped up and cleaned.

I really want to say how pleased we are with our house and how glad we were that we chose ISC to do the job. In the times of no one sticking to a schedule, you kept yours, even with all the extras we asked of you. Thanks for doing such a great job and for having such skilled and nice people working with you in all areas.

Ian recently renovated our master and guest bathrooms to repair significant plumbing issues and make other cosmetic improvements. Ian's work is top quality and he was great to work with. We cannot recommend him highly enough: -At the beginning of the project Ian was flexible providing us with different quotes and project scopes to fit our budget and priorities -He provided daily updates to keep us looped in on how everything was progressing and to troubleshoot any issues that came up since our house was built in the 1920's and was recently flipped -- lots of character and lots of surprises when you start taking walls down! -Ian picked up several large items from Home Depot and Lowes for us since we couldn't fit them in our car.

He even helped pick out replacement shower tiles for us while I was out of town. -Ian put down tarps on the stairs and in our bedroom and also cleaned up the workspace when he was finished so there was minimal effort required on our part to get the bathroom ready for use.

They promptly returned my phone call :- for an estimate and was very informative about what the job would entail before I signed a contract. He was punctual, tidy with his work and when he left for the day everything was cleaned up. The work Ian did for me was completed when promised.

My experience working with Ian far exceeded my expectations. I had him add a shower to what was a small half bath. He took the time to understand what I wanted and created a luxury bathroom in a space where I didn't know if it was possible. Ian has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist. This was my first remodel so I had a lot of questions and last minute requests but Ian was always patient and accomdating. Highly recommend ISC Remodel!

My son bought a home in Philadelphia and we needed to do some remodeling. We selected Ian to do the work. He did a fantastic job! His price points were excellent. He was very responsive to all our needs, made some great recommendations, and was a total professional. He did a new bathroom, kitchen, windows, electrical. He backs up all his work and always responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Ian and all the people he has working with him are an absolute pleasure to deal with! They started on time, finished before his estimated completion date and we felt he charged us very fairly. We wanted to remove an old tub and all the surrounding tile and replace it with a stall shower. This can be quite a messy job, but they were as neat, considerate and pleasant as could be.

We would not hesitate to hire them again and would recommend them in a minute. We can honestly say that this renovation was one of the best remodeling experiences we've ever had.

I've got to tell you that I love the work. It's absolutely beautiful and you and Mike were so reliable. Before working with you I honestly thought that hiring a contractor was supposed to be a pain, that I'd have to track them down to finish the job, etc. But ISC proved me wrong. I will recommend you to anyone I know who is looking to get work done on their house.

Overall I think the experience of having your home remodeled was as good as it could be. Ian is down-to-Earth, easy to talk to, and is very helpful when he needs to be. He makes sure that the house is cleaned every day and his tools are organized, plus the use of drop cloths made me very happy. I would hire Ian again, so he comes highly recommended from me!

I recently bought a two family rental property in Ardmore and needed a contractor for a complete rehab. After meeting with the owner and receiving a reasonable estimate, he was able to start right away and finished the job on time. The type of work he completed included updating an existing kitchen (new tile, new countertop, resurfacing cabinetry, installing appliances), carpentry work to install three new closets, installing a new bathroom, general wall repair throughout building, and painting nearly 2,000 SF.

His prices were comparable to other guys, but would recommend him based solely on the quality of his work, which is far superior than other contractors I've used in the past. I am very pleased with the outcome here and would recommend him. I continue to use ISC for handyman type of repairs. If you have questions, message me through Yelp.
