Bella Brothers Construction

I hired Bella Brothers in October 2, 2020, where they were to start in February 2021, but didn't start until June 2021. They stopped working in August 2021, even though they were not done my projects, which was to build a deck; build a roof above the deck; install screening around entire deck, including under the floor of the deck, where I could remove the screens if they needed repair; install ceiling fan; install sconce; install electrical outlet, etc.

I paid Bella Brothers 92% of the contractual agreement, where as of today (January 3, 2022) I don't owe more than $7,142.00. Tom/Bella Brothers refuse to return to complete the agreement that we signed, where he has been doing a lot other jobs with my money! The price was high, but agreed to it because a neighbor spoke good about them because they did work her house.

I will never listen to another neighbor! "In my honest opinion, I believe that Bella Brothers is not an honest or fair business; they have no intention on honoring their contracts with certain customers; they attempt to swindle additional money from their customers, outside of their agreements!" I would not advise anyone to do business with Bella Brothers because a if their unfair practices!

I now have to sue Bella Brothers because they didn't complete the building of my deck, installing a roof above my deck, installing framing around the deck for screening around the deck and under the floor of the deck, ceiling fan, sconce, cover over electrical box, etc. They tried to offer me $10,000.00 to be done with me, but I could not agree with this because it's gonna cost me over this amount to have everything completed be other contractors! People, please think twice about hiring Bella Brothers, so that you don't have to endure what I'm now and will have to go through!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality They were supposed to come look at my house for an estimate for a repair. The day of the estimate I received an email from them stating they weren't coming and someone would call that day to reschedule. Nobody ever called so we went looking elsewhere.

Three years ago, I worked with Bella Brothers to replace my roof deck. All was well until they were long gone and the leaks started. At first, the owner came by and pointed at all other things that were causing the leak, but it was never the deck installation (of course). I got a second opinion with a roofer and he pointed out all the areas they didn't seal correctly.

The supporting beams for the deck were not sealed on the bottom, only on the surface, the flashing was not installed correctly on the landing, etc. etc. Most recently, we have found that the Bella team left a piece of wood wedged under a beam that is now digging into my roof. They may be fine for interiors, but DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR ROOF. Every heavy rain for the past 2.5 years has revealed some other area they messed up, So every heavy rain, I regret choosing this company.

We had our master bathroom and hallway bathroom remodeled in September/October of 2020. This is a good company. They are a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for which includes having a project manager that deals with all the headaches that go with a remodeling project. This company returns your calls, replies to your emails and keeps their appointments.

The bathrooms look beautiful. The contractors we were assigned (Jon and Leo) did a really super great job. We had Mike F. as our project manager. We really liked him a lot. He was very personable, communicated with us, was on top of the remodeling progress and even threw in our master clothes closet to be painted at no extra charge. The painter they sent (Luiz) did a phenomenal job with the painting. Tom (the owner), Arsan (the designer) and Laura (the admin asst) were all a pleasure to work with. We would recommend this company.

Over a year ago I had the pleasure of having my kitchen and small bathroom renovated by Bella Brothers. I first met with Arsan, who was very pleasant, and immediately was enthusiastic with the renovation. I knew at the meeting I was going with Bella Brothers. I met their highly professional team throughout the renovation, all very respectful and accommodating to any changes.

The entire process took about eight weeks from demo to completion, there was lots of back and forth between me and the team as the renovation was happening and always a timely response from Mike or Eric who were the projects managers. As with a project this size and work there are bound to be obstacles that arise that may have not been foreseen until demo is done or the renovation starts to really take life, I experienced that working with Bella Brothers during this, they were very easy to work with, very helpful, understanding, and again very respectful to our home. Today, my family is very happy with our kitchen and bathroom. We will have future renovations done in other areas of our house and I hope to work with Bella Brothers again for all those.

I am amazed at how Bella Brother's Construction has received positive reviews. I have only had negative experiences with them. They do a classic BATE AND SWITCH to steal your money, change projects, and do not stand behind their work. Their owner has no accountability or professionalism once you sign the contract and leaves you wondering where your deposit goes, when you will be assigned project managers, and when/if your projects will ever be started (or competed).

During my experience with them, they have changed project managers 4 times- one quit, one cursed me off (demanding money before project was completed), one was brand new and finally the owner "took over a project" before breaching our contract and backing out. They lacked all communication and follow up, which required me to constantly reach out to them for updates, project starts, etc.

They constantly try to upsell you even though they had originally told/promised certain tasks would be done. And finally, the owner, himself, lacks all professionalism and accountability and backs out on projects via email with little explanation without the decency to actually discuss it with you. In conclusion, if you do proceed to use Bella Brother's construction, which I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.

I would make sure your contract includes EVERYTHING before singing- including start dates, completion dates, the fine details, what is included vs no included, etc. THIS COMPANY IS A CLASSIC CONTRACTOR SCAM!

In August of 2018 I got my bathroom re-done for $14,000. I definitely overpaid but was fine with it because they came highly recommended. In October, two months later, the soap dish fell off the wall. They came out and fixed it. Now the caulk is coming detached around the tub. So basically I overpaid for shoddy work. If you have any questions, I can send you more pictures and a copy of a quote. But if I had to it over I would get it done by a smaller company, as using an established company does not guarantee quality work.

As a newcomer to renovations, I could not have made a smarter choice than to hand over my aging condo to Bella Brothers Construction. My kitchen, living room, and bathroom were all magnificently transformed through their expertise and professionalism. Each member of the team brought years of experience and skill to the job; I could trust them every step of the way.

The guidance I received, the neat and courteous service, the admirable workmanship, and the quality materials all contributed to making renovating an uplifting experience instead of the nightmare that I had feared. It was a pleasure to work with a company so dedicated to pleasing their customers. I will definitely enjoy the beautiful results for years to come.

We contracted Bella Brothers to construct a Master Bath suite which entailed combining an existing small bathroom and a spare bedroom that we were not using. This was our dream bathroom to be constructed in our dream house which we never intend to leave. We had always envisioned this master bath ever since we bought the house three years ago, and we considered five contractors for this important project in our house before signing with Bella. Bella Brothers did an excellent job in seeing our vision become a reality.

Everyone at Bella's office was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Christina contacted us to set up the various meetings, and was always very accommodating to fit our schedule. Once construction started, my wife and I were extremely satisfied as to how the project was executed. The subcontractors were all lined up and ready to work, and there was never a large "gap" of inactivity. Bella told us a budget number, and they stuck to it, even though there were reasonable opportunities for them to increase the cost of the project.

Every member of Bella's team was professional, polite, they listened to us, and they were respectful of our home. I would not hesitate to hire Bella Brothers, Inc. for any other renovations to my home!

Earlier this year I hired Bella Brothers to complete some renovations to my master bathroom. My top priority when looking for a contractor is reliability. I want to feel confident that I can rely upon the quality of the workmanship, that the work will begin and be completed on time, and that the contractor will communicate openly with me about the status of the project and any problems or necessary changes that arise.

I was very satisfied with Bella Brothers on all these accounts. I found the process of working with them to be extremely easy and comfortable. Every step of the way from when I first contacted them through to completion of the project they followed up in a timely and professional manner. Their project manager, Eric, was great to work with and very responsive to my questions and concerns.

I'm really pleased with the finished product. The bathroom looks great, and I feel confident that the workmanship was of a high standard. Overall, I am very glad that I decided to hire Bella Brothers to complete this project. I will recommend Bella Brothers to my friends and family and plan to use them again for future renovations to my home.
