This is the second time I have used this guys in the past 10 years. After my move recently I needed 2 kitchen countertops installed. One with Granite and one with Quartz. They sent us samples on text of what we were looking for but instead we went to the warehouse on Richmond St. We picked out the ones we wanted and told the guy there. They sent out 2 guys that quickly made light wood templates of the exact size we were going to need.
Within 1 week of measuring they sent a team of 3 guys that installed both kitchen countertops in about 4 hours. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. You can barely see the seam in our kitchen. They sanded, cleaned and leveled everything very quickly. Very happy with the experience and price.

I have had a great experience. Very reliable service and high quality cabinets and granite, competitive pricing. I remodeled my entire kitchen and have had cabinets and granite installed for 8 months now and I am still very satisfied with the product, no concerns. I also recommended this store to my contractor who has been using Washington Kitchen & Granite since and is also very happy with the quality and service.

If you're looking for good customer service and a reliable company Washington Kitchen is it. I have been using Washington Kitchen for about 7 years now as a contractor. If you need a company that will stand by there word-they will. If they say Monday its Monday. The prices are good and their quality is excellent. I'v tried other Granite and Cabinet companies in the area but I didn't receive the same customer service or fast turnaround on my items. But dealing with Washington Kitchen they have always come through for me as a customer.

I'm not one to rate things unless I felt I was done right and honestly I have no reasons why I shouldn't leave 5 stars here. Honesty pricing and service is what you'll find here. A man named PC helped me in my buying process and after I order I had to reconfigure my space and it wasnt an issue plus re refunded me the difference which was very professional(where as most places would have kept a small difference like that without noticing). This is my 2nd tine using these guys and they have quality solid wood cabinets for competitive prices. No need to negotiate here.

We had ordered granite from this company and it was deliver February 20th. The men who installed the granite had oiled the granite and we couldn't see the flaw in the stone till the next day. The stone has a lot of discoloration that looks like it was filled with glue and smoothed over. When we realized, we called right away for the company to send someone to fix the problem they said that the representative that dealt with granite counter issues was out of the country for a month.
I went in two more times to talk to their representative and they kept delaying to send someone. They stated that they would definitely help us with the issue and after multiple calls the representative finally got to us and came to our house to check out the counter. He took a couple of photos and later said that they wouldn't do anything to fix it.
So if you couldn't refund or do anything about it why did your employee tell me for the past 2 months that this issue would be resolved? I understand that granite counters have discoloration but the amount of discoloration is not normal. The granite looks like a slab with lots of hole that were filled in with special glue adhesive. So if you order make sure you check your order before they put on the shining oil and make sure your granite don't have discoloration prior to installion. Or just don't purchase from this store. Prices are cheaper but the quality is just terrible, so just save your money.

After Getting in contact with several companies and totally fail due to high sky prices or nasty attitude(which I totally don't get) Somehow I got to Washington Kitchen online
I called them and asked them a bunch of questions, which for my surprise were answered very politely and even though they didn't knew I was going to spend money they still treated me amazing.
Long Story Short Steve Was amazing in the explanation of prices and materials and helping to match granite with counter cabinets
WOow! What an experience!!! I love my new basement Kitchen prices are super affordable, Gorgeous Granites, deliveries on time by experienced and friendly people. The whole experience totally exceeds my expectations. Will definitely getting back to Steve to remodel my main kitchen.
