I found Mike to be the very best possible person to be involved in this project. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the construction. We designed the room together. He listened to all my ideas and tried to incorporate as many as were practical. The subs that HR&D used liked working for him and frequently expressed this. The quality of the work was excellent.

I had been concerned about possible hidden water damage behind a bathroom vanity. I was impressed that Heritage Remodel & Design (HR&D) took my concerns seriously and on initial inspection, found a potential roof defect. HR&D also did some research on this kind of problem before our next conversation and offered us several options.

In 2004 we hired Heritage Remodel & Design (HR&D) to construct an extensive addition on our home, which they built in 1997. The addition was multi-story consisting of a below-ground storage space, additional garage space, office, laundry room and closets. The addition was 1300 square feet total with 560 square feet of finished space.
