CJS came out as a second opinion and was able to to give me factual information, professional and honest advice, and communicate potential risks and rewards related to the options that I had. Totally professional service. It felt like they cared and they were not trying to just make a sale. 10/10 would recommend -- To follow up, they came out to install the part. The part didn't ultimately fix the problem SO, they installed the part anyway at no cost, because of their yessstification quotes. What a great and ethical company!

Can't begin to explain how awesome the two hour service call was with CJS. Purchased an $18,000 whole home hvac complete system. The fan/inverter system locked up in the recent snow storm. A code was thrown to the ion system and I thought it fixed itself but it didn't. When I realized it was still not working they came out. Dalton was awesome. He was here for almost two hours explaining everything about what happened.

Why it happened. How things work and so on. It was covered completely as it should have been. I feel really good about doing business with them. System is running top notch. He explained so many parameters of why and how it's running that I don't want to get into but yeah. Needless to say. I learned A LOT. And I couldn't be happier I invested in a top notch system with CJS. Thank you.

Their maintenance personnel are excellent, friendly and professional. When we call them, we always get a cheerful greeting.

Super happy with the installation today of a new, energy-efficient Tempstar furnace and AC! A team of 3 men did a great job of not only getting the system up and running effectively, they kept our home clean, took away the old furnace & AC, and were very nice to talk with.
