The technician who came out was wonderful! However when the invoice that was signed says $166 and then he needed to add a service that should have been $50 and your card gets charged $288. very poor business practice! Definitely will not be using them for my preventative maintenance.

Critical: Responsiveness Having trouble with unit installed by Preferred 4.5 years ago. Called number from sticker on air handler. They told me to call a different office in Ft. Pierce. Called and let ring for over half a minute; no answer. Called back, same thing. Called Lindstrom Air. Immediate answer and they are coming tomorrow morning.
