Scott Cole our salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed for our new system. They had a really fast turn around and got our new unit installed 2 days after the estimate. Nick C and Isaac J showed up right on time and had everything installed in 3 hours. We upgraded to a new smart thermostat and Nick helped me get the app set up on my phone. I highly recommend All Hours for your AC needs!

6/18 Update: While they keep coming back out to attempt to fix what they broke, there still isn't cooling. Water was off for two days because of a leak the first tech caused. Second tech installed a new unit which doesn't seem to work. Came out a third time, admitted "doesn't know much" about the cooling system, now it still doesn't work after the visit.
In limbo. that's of course on top of the asbestos test visit, drywall inspection visit, drywall drying visit, drying pickup visit, initial inspection visit. we're up to at least 7 appointments after a basic tune-up, and there will be at least 3 more visits. Not sure if this will ever be fixed without having to use another company and send these guys the bill, because as the tech says "they don't know much about this" and caused a ton of water damage in the process. Pictures show the water damage, lucky we caught it before it got really bad but was dripping all over the floor, ceiling needs to have drywall replaced and attic access needs to be replaced.
Original 6/11: We had been serviced with All Hours in the past, I felt at the time they suggested a new water heater to "improve water pressure so that a kitchen faucet wouldn't leak" was a bit fraudulent. I'm not a plumber, but to satisfy the "licensed" plumber requirement we had the rental unit receive a new water heater for an awful lot of money. this was in 2020. Now, 2022, June, they came out to Murray to "turn on", "tune up" and confirm a swamp cooler was good to go and start.
We're not entirely sure it was turned on and left on for any amount of time, but the morning after the tenant turned it on, and water started gushing out on the roof, and started leaking down into the unit. It's extremely unprobeable that the unit was tested before the technician "signed off" as working as expected. Now, they won't come back out for an emergency, at first refusing, "not our problem".
After a few calls, they did say they'd come out, but after another few calls, never showed up, even after talking to a "tech lead" with the company. I'm looking to find the contact info for an executive/owner because we now have the water shut off, it's 95 degrees out and the tenant can't flush a toilet or have cooling - and we were promised, after escalation, someone would be out there today.
They use a third-party customer service now, which puts them "out of touch" with their customers which is a terrible service experience. One service person even stated "We're serving folks in Park City and can't do emergency requests in the valley" -- which is code words for serving the rich folks, but not follow up on a customer they served the day before that now has water leaking through and into the unit. Unacceptable service - completely unrecommended, but we're stuck with them until this event is over because they sure won't find liability and cause to fix if anyone else touches the system.

All hours did a large HVAC and Ductless Mini Split install in my home recently and we couldn't be happier with all aspects of the process. The customer service at the office was great and they really cared. The estimate process was professional and most importantly, quick turn around. Then came the install which was the most important. They worked with us to satisfy all our concerns and address all our questions along the way.
Most importantly I knew we were getting top notch service on the install and a 10 year warranty. We did mini split units as well as an entire new HVAC system so it was a big job with some hurdles that we had to work through. Everything ended up fantastic. We have already recommended All Hours to two neighbors who are proceeding with install. When it comes to HVAC there are a lot of options, but I'm happy to have found my one and only HVAC service from now on. Thanks to all the crew there for a great job and look forward to working with you all in the future and will continue to recommend your services to my neighbors!

Our service tech Chris was very thorough and a great communicator. He was very personable and followed up with a detailed report on issues he found with our boiler that need to be addressed by the original installer. Clean cut, professional, and friendly, Chris was more than just another pretty face - the man knows his stuff! Wicked smart plumber for sure. Highly recommend!

Many thanks to the team of AH professionals, installing new hi-efficiency furnace. Sean and Ernesto did an excellent job, both were very knowledgeable and courteous, and timely. Highly recommended, well done. Enjoyed chatting with them and learning some of the technical aspects. Jared's guidance helped us to get the right equipment at reasonable price. Knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks also to Charles - you have a great team.

They were quick to come make a estimate which was insanely high and I know that I was getting ripped off but I had to have the service done as quickly as possible. Estimate was for 2 workers and the job was slated for 4-5 hours. Morning of the appointment, 1 plumber showed up, looked at the work and got to it. Wonderful employee (T.J.). He finished the job in just over two hours!
He was efficient and knowledgeable! "All Hours" took me for ten hours of labor. And there was no reduction in price and I believe they price gouge people on purpose. My wife is a doctor and she doesn't make $500 per hour. $2,300 for 2.25 hours plus material. That comes in around $800 an hour to have a gas line relocated 20ft. After writing this review I received a call from "All Hours" and they made up for the discrepancy refunding us $800.

Fantastic customer service and honesty. We had a leaking water heater, they were able to come the following day and let me know exactly when they would arrive. Turns out it was a simple fix, just tightening something I was too clueless to do myself. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME for the service call and gave me a fair estimate for replacing our aging water heater when I am ready to do so.
It's so refreshing to find a company that is responsive, helpful and full of integrity. Todd was friendly, helpful and professional. I will be calling All Hours for ally plumbing needs in the future.

In January our furnace went out. We called All Hours Plumbing, Drain Cleaning, Heating and Cooling. They sent Teesha out to look at it, and because of the age of the system and the cost of repair, it was determined that it would be beneficial to replace the furnace. Scott came out to check it out and give us a bid. He was fantastic also. We have loved our furnace. So much more efficient than the old one, and we were cold all the time. Very professional service.

I want to start this review and say I have LOVED working with All Hours Plumbing in the past. We had a busted main water line and not only did we get amazing service, we got a great price as well. So this poor review is not about the company as a whole, rather, one specific tech who was INCREDIBLY DISHONEST. My husband and I live in Eagle Mountain and our water wasn't working.
We called the city and they said that pipes everywhere in the city were freezing over. We called our trusted plumbers, All Hours, and they sent us Peyton. Peyton told us our line was frozen solid and that he would have to dig up the line, place heated wire around the pipe and re-bury the line he quoted us at almost 5,000. I'm crying as I'm holding my newborn son because we couldn't afford that.
My husband tells him we're going to ask for second opinions elsewhere. My husband gets a plumber on the phone and he asked us to have the plumber check the shut off valve to see if that needed to be replaced. Peyton said the plumber was incorrect. Then proceeded to use SCARE TACTICS on us and tell us he suspected the line was actually broken and water had been frozen and caused "ice puddles in our yard".
He was now quoting us for a complete replacement of our main line and quoted us closer to 10 thousand dollars. My husband asked Peyton to leave. Someone from the city came out, torch in hand, telling us we were the 8th house with a frozen line. When he looked on the city's end, the water was flowing just fine. The man told us to check our shut off valve.
My husband reported back and the city official said the valve needed to be replaced. My husband called a plumber AND OVER THE PHONE HE WAS ABLE TO GIVE THE SAME DIAGNOSIS. Moral of the story, Peyton from All Hours Plumbing tried to get us to agree to a 10 thousand dollar job, when my non-plumber husband fixed our water for 30 dollars. I'm disappointed with how dishonest this man was and how he saw my stress and turned it into a sales tactic. Shame on you, Peyton.

Company came out and "Fixed" a water leak in the pantry. They replaced the main water shutoff and regulator valve. Water immediately started leaking the next day from the repairs they made. So they came back out to fix it again. Guess what still leaking. Finally they send out the "Boss" to get it done right. Everything was working fine at this point, aside from the giant holes they cut in the drywall.
Also they DONT FIX DRYWALL so be warned. Flash forward 1 year and 10 months later. Guess what starts to leak? You guessed it, the same spot. We called and asked to have someone come make the repair but was told no. The manager lady said that since it's been over a year they won't do anything. Really 1 year is the whole warranty? You're that unsure of you work that you can only commit to that. Poor company standard. Don't waste your time and money. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I had a clog in my laundry room drain. I tried myself to unclog with no success. I called several other plumbers and all hours plumbing was the first to respond and came quickly. The first Technition made several attempts to unclog with no success. They didn't give up! Another Technition came with bigger equipment and was able to clear my drain. After almost 4 hours of work (much longer than they expected) all hours plumbing still only charged me what they quoted in the beginning. I would recommend all hours plumbing for their determination to do what they said they would.

They are professional, efficient, and well-priced. Shep and Tyson W. are very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful! 10/10 recommend! Services: Repair toilet, Repair pipe, Unclog drain

We found the company through google search engine, that they have coupon to do drain cleaning for $79. It turned out the price to do the drain cleaning is about 10 times more above $800, that's right, over $800. Of course we didn't want to have them to do the job, then they ask $90 service fee. Yeah, that's right, they didn't do anything, they even didn't take their machine out the truck, all they did was to tell us the price is over $800 to do the drain cleaning instead of $79 it was priced on the website.
They also refused to give the price over the phone when we asked, they said they haven't seen the job yet. They threatened to call police when we didn't want to pay the $90, which they called the "service fee". Please don't use the company, very dishonest company. The technician came to our house, his name, Guion N. from deceived customers. Company is very dishonest in their response after I wrote the review.
I have pictures to approve that. We do have clean out in the laundry room, next to the bathroom, the toilet as well. Two pictures are taken. And also 150 feet cable is wrong also, the other company cleaned the drain used a hand snake, it required 50 feet or less. DEC 6th, 2021

Very dishonest company even for plumbing standards. Here are the facts. A plumber named Troy showed up on time to unclog a shower drain. He tried to rip me off by charging $330 to snake a drain! When I made it clear I wasn't going to pay that he said there is a $93 dollar special right now instead. He tried for hours to unclog the drain and failed.
Then demanded I pay him on the spot. I told him I would called the company and get it figured out. Both Troy and the company he works for neglected to mention the deal ( which was posted on Yelp) was $93 for unclogging the drain or it's free. Lots of dishonesty all around.

Had a boiler go out on a Friday night, coldest day of the year so far. This All Hours was able to come out and diagnose the problem. They advised a new system as our boiler was 37 years old. They were able to come back out and quote the next Monday for a combination boiler hot water heater. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why they would do things certain ways. Chris was exemplary explaining other things that he found while doing the job. Their attention to details is amazing. The system is working great and looks like it was done this century.

Both technicians were exceptionally friendly, very knowledgeable, and had a genuine desire to help us as much as they could. They were interested in making our situation better- not just replacing bad parts. Would definitely recommend. I did not shop around too much as our problem happened on a Sunday, but their rates seemed competitive given the current supply issues in the country. Westley and Payton were both fantastic.

I've used All Hours for both emergency and non-emergency repairs. They have timely appointments available every time I call, their office staff is friendly and very helpful. Peyton Hall was the service expert who came out the last time and called me regularly with updates (I was not the one home at the time) and options throughout the process. Very professional and very helpful. I will definitely use them in the future.

I arranged to be home from work for the day to meet All Hours Plumbing between 8:am - 1:00 pm. A dispatcher called around the end of the time frame to say she didn't think a tech would be able to come by. A little after 2:00 I received a text saying that a tech was coming to my home "soon." I waited at the front door and no type of van came by.
I did receive calls that showed as "spam" on my phone so I did not answer. I eventually received a voicemail around 3:00 that was left by the tech under the spam number. I called back to talk to the tech and ask him to come back. He hung up on me. Both the Any Hours dispatcher and tech were rude. Eventually, a manager texted me and said he can "prove" a van came by.
Maybe it drove by, but it did not stop yet alone to come to the door. He also made reference to the spam calls as proof of their service. Dear reader of this review - how many times to you answer spam calls? His proposed solution was an emergency call on Saturday with a $199 extra charge "If you feel changing the color of your faucet is an emergency." This company is snarky and totally tone-deaf to the customer perspective and that I took a day off work to be available for a scheduled appointment. I wasted a day of paid time off for no reason. If this scenario played out with someone like my grandmother, I would consider it harassment. Do not use.

Needed furnace tune ups on three furnaces in one triplex. Only one was completed because technician claimed he could only access one of the units. Detail instructions were given for the placement of hidden keys. I personally think it was towards the end of the day and the technician wanted to call it a day. Now I have to make new arrangements with the tenants and wait 2 more weeks.
This company is so big you are unable to talk to the technician over the phone. The contact phone number gets you to their phone department, which all they can do is read notes out of the computer. Not really helpful. If you are going to be home and it is for your personal residence probably a good service. If you are a landlord and can't be on site during the five hour window of the appointment I would not recommend.

When they replaced my furnace, they cut a hole in my daughters bedroom to get the furnace in. They told me they would repair the celling but I never heard from them. They cut the hole in January. I have used them a couple of times since then and I always show them the hole. They act very concerned and assure me someone will call me about the repair but I have never received a single phone call.

Our sewer backed up at 5 pm on Friday the 13th! All hours sent out Guion who arrived early 2 hours later. He was super friendly, professional, and helpful. He did a great job explaining options and costs. He returned promptly the next day to fix the problem and get us scheduled for a follow up appointment. Thanks Guion! You rock, bro!

First let me say the tech was very good. He arrived on time, did the work, and was friendly. And took Covid precautions. But I dont understand how this company can justify charging $500.00 dollars to run a snake down a pipe. an estimate he gave me BEFORE even starting the job. and then the job took 15 minutes. Total. Now the tech was nice enough to waive the $89.00 estimate fee. but still. $407.00 dollars for 15 minutes. And I have the video to prove it. So shop around. there's got to be a company who charges a fair price for a proper job.

James and his rock star helper ( didn't get his name but he looked like Jerry Garcia!) showed up FAST - gave me reasonable quotes on the slow drains. and fixed them right away! After trying literally " all the big guys" that charge ridiculous rates - I was very happy to have them quote me reasonable rates on other plumb issues ( we have two Houses and I volunteer at my church). So.
I ordered other things such as a saltless water softener - that James and Rock Star educated me about! USE THESE GUYS! This company is AWESOME. Fast Reliable HONEST Reasonable prices (!) Knowledgeable and willing to share - finally after 8 years in the valley of the Sun ( and many trials and errors!) I found my plumber! Now. if I could just find an electrician who isn't a rip off.

Alex Green showed up for our appointment on time with a mask, house booties and the kindest, "can do it" attitude! We were told by the office that the appointment would be an estimate and an install for our new gas fireplace and Alex was told it was just an estimate. After the initial confusion, Alex was sympathetic to our needs as we had waited over a month for this appointment and told us he could install for us. He was quick, effective and so personable. We will keep using All Hours Plumbing because of him!

PREDATORY COMPANY BEWARE! Devon showed up 2 hrs late. After showing him the water heater he opted to try and screw me by paying $2300 for a water heater that only needed a new Thermopile simply because he wasn't getting a code and was too lazy to check the voltage. Not knowing at the time what the true diagnosis was, I had to get with my insurance first, which only took 5 minutes to determine they wouldn't pay for it and he decided to try and charge my $250 for labor in addition to the outrageous $89 to come stare at my water heater. On top of that he forged my signature on the invoice. I had everything on record, and All hours had no choice but to remove the charges. Do not recommend

Christian was my guy - showed up in disposable booties, mask, and ready to fix! He explained the problem, options, and what was needed, and charged me fairly. It's interesting that I had a plumber give me an estimate just two days ago after seeing the job, and quoted me $865 for the same work that Christian did for $87. Thank you for being honest, clean, professional, and kind. I'll definitely be calling All Hours for all of my plumbing dilemmas.

Called and spoke to Jim to get an estimate. When he came by I noticed he didn't have a mask on so I kindly asked him if he could put one on before coming inside. You can tell he was visibly upset when I asked him this but said he would go grab one but then changed his mind all of a sudden and decided he would just leave instead. This company obviously doesn't value your health and safety. There are plenty of other companies out there that do.

The other guy that said they scam you on price isn't lying! They should be ashamed of what they bid on estimates. I had one good experience with All Hours so I called them to install my faucet and garbage disposal. He tried to tell me it was $485 just for the garbage disposal install (which we already had). The whole quote was $1800. I don't know if he thought I was just stupid, but I called others and they were astonished at my original quote.
I ended up having it completed the same day by someone else for $375. Honestly I thought their customer service was so good, but it is not worth the extreme prices. They are obviously just hoping people are so desperate they want it done.

I had used this company roughly 1 year ago to clean out the main drain in my home. I had also decided at the time to purchase a warranty. I now have another clog in my sink. I thought that these guys would be reasonable due to being a prior customer. They wanted 278.00 to snake a drain approx. 30 feet. This is a ridiculous price. I said no thank you. Steer clear of this company unless you like paying more than is reasonable.

Lol, what a joke of a company. Now they're trying to save face by asking if any of the work they offered was on par with other bids. Ha, no! The main work that needed to be performed was a changing of the valve behind the wall in the shower. They bid $1375.21 for it. The company that came out on Monday did it for $298.12. And that total included his diagnosis, testing out other cartridges he had in stock on his truck and the full repair. Furthermore, he inspected all our lines in the home and the water pressure in the rest of the home and told us it would be a waste of money to redo all the piping in the home right now since everything else works perfectly fine.

This company was recommended to me by my realtor when I purchased my home. I was remodeling the bathroom and had them install a new tub and vanity/sink. They did an amazing job! Subsequently the main water line to the house broke on New Year's Eve. They were there to helpp getting the water back on and running January 2! Always on time. Always professional. Always great service. I will hire these guys for all my plumbing needs. When I'm ready to do the kitchen I'll call All Hours Plumbing.

We've used All Hours for a few different repairs, most of which were pretty quick fixes, done immediately and without too much of a cost issue. That was until we had a main line issue over the Memorial Day weekend, which needed to be fixed ASAP. As with previous service calls, they dispatched a technician fairly quickly who diagnosed the problem right away.
The only problem was that a routine line snaking wasn't fixing the issue, and they would need to get the machinery for a the line to be blown out with water. This meant they'd have to come back the next day, and until then we couldn't use any of our toilets/showers/sinks/dishwasher. The next day comes, and we are left waiting because the equipment they were going to use was not working, so they had to scramble to find some that would get the job done.
Later that same day, after getting the line blown out and putting a camera down to visualize what was the problem, we were informed that a 5 foot section of pipe would need to be replaced because it was deteriorating and would cause the same issue later on. It was going to cost over $10K to do it, because it would require the street to be dug up and permits would need to be obtained to move ahead.
Not wanting to wait on this or have our house flood again, we agreed to get it fixed immediately. At the time, they suggested financing through MySynchrony in order to get going right away. We were told we'd be getting a great interest rate, and be approved instantly, so we went for that instead of totally draining our savings or using our credit card. Unfortunately, MySynchrony has been a pain to deal with, and we would have been better off using our credit card or waiting to see our own bank for a loan, because the promised low interest rate did not happen.
To make matters worse, I wanted to try to transfer the remaining balance to my credit card, and MySynchrony won't accept anything but a bank account to accept payments from. I find this "bank" to be quite shady and would advise anyone else approached with the concept of financing through this company to be aware and use any other means of financing available to them first, or walk away from the project entirely.
Then there was the miscommunication with the city. No more than four months after our street was dug up to fix the pipe, Layton city came RIGHT behind them and dug up the EXACT SAME SPOT for sewer issues. I called the city planner and asked if there was a potential for us to have saved money, since the city was going to be digging there anyway. They admitted this probably could have happened, but said it was an example of "the left hand not knowing what the right was up to." I would think All Hours, as the entity procuring the permits, would be proactive to ask the city if there were any future plans to dig up the street, but apparently not. Mixed feelings on this one; smaller issues seemed to be fixed rather easily and for not too much cash.
The lager jobs you may want to consult with a few other companies first for price comparison and advice. Also, any company using the shady, one-star company (on Yelp) MySynchrony needs to be given a second look.

Absurdly expensive. Called them 2nd year in a row for a snake. They claimed they couldn't clear the pipes, but the auger they were using was woefully undersized for the job. They then were going to have to call in for the jet, but the original fee wouldn't be applied to that job. Not my problem that they brought the wrong tools to the job. overall they wanted 700 bucks for the service. I called a different plumber and had the jet done for 150 bucks.
