I first used this company 18 years ago. They installed a central air system into my house. The work was done right and the unit lasted 18 years with proper maintenance from alpha omega. This year it was time to buy a new ac system. I called and set up an appointment. They showed up on time and had a brand new ac system installed in less than a day and even hauled the old unit out. This company is Very professional. The young man that came to our home was very knowledgeable and quick to find the problem with our AC (He even wore booties when he came in) He advised me on what the problem was and even told me how to prevent it in the future, furthermore he checked on the heater and other parts, to make sure they were up to date an working fine!

These guys not only showed up on time, but took the time to wear booties on their shoes for my carpet. They were able to replace my air conditioner over the weekend which impressed me! Roger was the first to call. After he listened to my issue, he told me to try a few things. I decided to just have him come to check my system out. Roger told me he could come by in about 20 minutes. He was on time and was both professional and personable. After evaluating my system, Roger gave me the option of just adding freon or delving into checking for leaks.

They did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my freon leak. They were timely, responsive, and explained what they were doing and why. I checked their diagnosis and costs with a good friend in the HVAC business who lives 1,000 miles away and he confirmed their diagnosis and their approach to finding the leak was the most cost effective way and that their price was very fair for the work performed. I would definitely recommend them to friends and will call them with any future AC issues.
