Ben the Pool Guy, as I have him listed in my phone, is hands down the best. He is super friendly, fun, but most importantly fantastic with the pool. He is always available to answer my questions. I am a first time pool owner and all the gages and levers confuse me. LOL. I recently had the pool drained (bye water of previous owners) & had a chlorine wash performed on the walls.
The pool is sparkling better than ever. I cannot wait for it to get warmer to use it! In regards to pricing, I think he is fair and competitive with other companies around the valley.

They came out I explained it's my first time owning a home and pool and he quoted me $400 to flush the pool and refill it, acted like he was giving me a deal, said he had 20+ years of exp but couldn't tell me how to turn on my spa heater. I got the pool drained and refilled by Edgar for $180. This guy is a rip off takes advantage of people who don't know any better. BEWARE

So far so good working with Ben. I had to cancel with another pool service provider because they were not doing their job. Ben is excellent with his communication keeping me informed every time he completed servicing my pool. My pool is kept clean, water balanced, equipment and filters maintained. Ben is trustworthy and reliable. I would recommend Ben for all your pool service needs.

I sent an inquiry on yelp to see if I can get service with this pool company. Ben did call me back but he wasn't professional with me at all. Then at the end of our conversation, he said he was too busy and pushed me off to some other pool guy whom I couldn't even find on google to get the number. If this is how he treats his customers, then I am glad I found out before I signed up for his service.

I have never owned a pool before and am unfamiliar with how everything works. Pool was getting cloudy and didn't know how to fix the problem. I needed a no-nonsense guy who could help get our pool back to looking nice and Ben was our guy. Friendly guy who quickly found out the problem and was there anytime I had a question or concern about our pool. He even gave me a few tips on how to run the pool controls. Our pool is back to looking nice and we plan on using this service in the future.

Our pool was not holding chlorine levels where they should be so a friend referred us to Ben. Ben is amazing! He's a no nonsense guy that'll tell you how it is and what needs to be done to have a great looking pool. He did a water test with my girlfriend and explained to her why the chemical levels were so bad. He suggested we drain the pool and refill it.
He was here every step of the way, and gave very thorough instructions. We also had him patch some chips in the surface while it was drained as well as repairing some exposed rebar. The pool looks fantastic! After we filled the pool Ben came over cleaned our filter and put chemicals in the pool. Our pool has never looked better. We are going to use Ben whenever we need pool service or repairs. He is very knowledgeable.

Ben did an amazing job on our pool! When we called him our pool was so gross. It was green and definitely not swimmable. Ben came out right away to check out the issue. He drained our pool, cleaned the inside, and acid washed our filter. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything along the way. It turned out that we needed a new pool pump as well. Ben made this his priority because he said he didn't want this clean pool to go to waste.
He replaced the pump yesterday and my pool has NEVER looked so clean. I will definitely be calling Ben again in the future and recommending him to all my friends. Thanks Ben!

Looking for a great, reliable and professional pool cleaner Ben is your guy. We were referred to Ben when our other pool guy quit unexpectedly. He came right over gave us a price and started that week. He is always on time, does a great job, makes sure the gate is closed when he is done ( a big deal we have dogs and the other pool guy had left the gate open on several occasions ) replaces broken baskets as part of service and will be repairing our deck later this year. Our pool is very old and is in need of repairs and when we are able Ben will be the one doing the repairs.

Ben has been cleaning our pool for over 15 years. He is always on time, reliable, gets the job done well. For the quality of the work he does for us, the price is a bargain. He is always honest. The pool looks flawless once it's done. Every time there's repair or maintenance need to be done, he always comes up with reasonable price.

Ben has been doing my pool for 4.5 years, it always looks great. He takes care of the chemicals for me, and always makes sure my equipment is running properly. He even drained and acid washed my pool when I first got my house, and the pool was basically a green swamp, he had it fixed up and ready for pool parties in no time. He painted my pool deck, and keeps everything looking really sharp. There is no one else I would trust with my pool than Ben, I love his friendly, no nonsense service!
