We had a new composition roof installed by Lindy Roofing Co in September 2021. The job and materials were top notch, communication was good and the workers are very polite. They even came out immediately to fix a water leaking from the front gutters issue that was actually from the prior roof installation. Thank you Lindy Roofing.

Ron was very helpful and went over the quote with me in detail. Onisimo did the repair and did a great job. Wendy was easy to reach and followed up well. Good experience and I would use their services again.

Lindy backed out of our job at the last minute, delaying it by over a month as we worked to find a new roofer. Their reason? "We have other work." This company charged and was paid over $5000. to repair a roof on a property I own. I called this company twice and spoke with Wendy. I asked for a copy of the inspection and/or estimate and the invoice. Wendy yelled at me. Became dramatic and emotional and told me she cannot provide any information to me. What are they concealing?

I hired this company because they came highly recommended. While they were replacing my roof. I heard a loud crash and this happened.

Appreciated working with Ron who not only completed our estimate but also was here throughout the project. Very responsive (he always answered his phone) and knowledgeable. He and his team are very professional, organized and thorough. They completed all repairs and installation exactly as promised and cleaned up completely. Free estimates. We had a very pleasant and satisfying experience using Lindy Roofing for our roofing project. At first we thought that a complete re-roofing of our concrete tile roof was necessary. We had a roofing inspection done and all that was required was some preventive roof tiles and gutter repairs. Clayton was our contact and was great in our communications about what needed to be done, the materials that needed to be used and scheduling everything.

His work team was on time every morning and explained what they were doing and when they would be finished. Everyone was easy to work with, friendly and polite. They were especially concerned about the new Corona Virus practices with distancing and wearing masks. I would use them any time I have roofing problems in the future. My thanks to everyone involved.

My husband figured this would be a good time to take care of a problem with a skylight, which leaked into our master bathroom whenever it rained. We'd been putting it off, but knew it needed to be repaired before the next rain (remember what rain was like?!) The reason he wanted to use Lindy Roofing was due to work they had previously done on his dad's home in Cupertino.

Our dad had his roof completely replaced a few years ago, and I recall my husband coming home, saying he was so impressed with the quality of work they did on dad's house, that if we ever needed any type of roofing work, this was the company we'd go to. Well, I can personally say the work was done beautifully, quickly, and the gentleman who did the repair was right on time, did great work, cleaned the residue in our bathroom, and was very kind. OH! The price was incredibly reasonable! We highly recommend this company for any type of roofing issue. They are the best!

We were told to expect the crew between 7:30 and 8:00 am Monday morning. They arrived at 7:45 on the dot and within 5 minutes were on top of the roof working. By 12 noon Tuesday they were done and the roof looks fantastic. Very happy with the work and customer service provided

A+++. I had an old shake roof removed, new plywood put down, and a top of the line composition shingle on top. Great company to work with from start to finish, I can't say enough. Arturo listened carefully to my wishes and came up with a beautifully executed solution to the miss-matched availabe replacement tiles. WOW! What can I say? We had Lindy Roofing install a roof over 10 years ago, and with the high winds and strong rain that we have been having, it developed a leak. I called Wendy at Lindy Roofing and they sent a roofer out the same day to look at it. He found the area where it was leaking and reported back to the office. Wendy contacted me, and explained that the roof was no longer under warranty, but offered to fix it free of charge. She sent a roofer out that day, no more leak! Very professional, prompt and courteous.

Top notch customer service from Wendy and the office staff, and their roofing crew is excellent. Lindy put on our new roof in 2017 and completed the job in 3 days as promised. The roof has been great and this year in March 2019, we had one tiny, tiny drip of water near the vent for the stove, and Wendy got the crew out right away to assess it. They came out during the rain and found that the kitchen exhaust vent needed to be resealed.

They put up a temporary cover and came back later in the week as soon as the rain stopped. They did the repair at no charge to us. I completely trust Lindy Roofing to do a good job and stand by their work, and recommend them to all of my friends.

Representative showed up on time, Licensed, Bonded, and in business for over 48 years with an A+ BBB rating. The rep went up on the roof surveyed what needed to be done, and then said he would send a sheet metal guy out for some of the particulars on the job. The rep never left a business card, and never sent a sheet metal guy out like he said. However, I did receive a quote 2-weeks later for 60% more in cost than what three other roofers had bid for the same amount of work to be done.

That is why despite all the glowing accolades of time in business, and ratings, there is a difference when it come's quality follow up, work performed, and price. Like they say, it's only money and time, but it's my money, and my time.

The team at Lindy Roofing are amazing. They did a couple roofing jobs for me on some very complicated jobs and they did them under estimate and on time. The office girls are so pleasant to work with and I found could answer all my questions. They were quick and professional. I would never use any other roofing company after working with them. I'm not one to normally pay someone else to do work for me, but for once I am super happy. From the begining the customer service was amazing, Wendy in the office was able to answer any questions and be flexible with my needs. Met with Jim for a quote, he was very attentive to what I was looking for and was able to give me a great quote, explain everything and have his team work to schedule.

I was impressed by how they have several crews that each specialize in the individual aspects of a re-roof, how they consistently showed up on time, and when they said they would. After each work day there was a separate crew that would come through and make sure that the work site was left clean. I was able to work with the roofers directly to get some customization done.

Overall very happy with the team and their work, I never really say that. They made a big job seem easy and smooth and gave me the confidence in a job well done. I'd recommend this company over any other.

Finally, a roofing contractor that comes on time for the estimate and then provides a great price compared to the other 2 roofing contractors I practically had to hunt down and beg for them to come. Jim, the owner provided a great price along with professional and meticulous work, it's refreshing in today's world of lack of customer service, to be fully satisfied with a job performed.

Jim and Erika at Lindy Roofing along with entire staff were fantastic with the re-roofing project of our 8 unit townhouse complex. They are attentive, courteous, professional, honest and fair in their pricing. Their workmanship is beautiful and they did a tidy clean up of all the yards at the end of the job. Terrible phone customer service. First excuse was that they didn't have a person in our area on the day we wanted so no need to call and tell me. After that never got back to us with a date they could send someone by to look at my problem. Interesting this is the company that was recommended by a person that gives them lots of work. They must have lots of work already.

I was recommended by another HVAC rep to contact this place in regards to the small leak upstairs caused by shifted roof titles; wind. I called to see wanting to get an idea of how much it would be total or a range of what the costs would be. The receptionist was friendly, but if you wanted their tile specialist to come and assess the damage/tarp/quick patch fix it'll be $350 minimum, and to schedule an appointment with their one tile specialist won't be until the end of March.

I mean for all I know the costs could be more than 5K for all I know. Well I guess I'll have to look elsewhere. Realistically I just want to know, in an itemized estimate what needs to be done, and how much does parts and labor cost overall. Is it really that difficult?

We've used them twice and been very pleased. Last year they patched a leak in our roof, and then came back to make sure it held up after a rain -- without charging us. This fall we had them put on a new roof. Their price was very good, and the work was immaculate. They were also very helpful and patient with us, as we changed the work date and also the type of roof we wanted.

They did a great job putting a new roof on my home. Very professional, and finished the job in two days instead of three. They also honored a quote from over a year ago which was much cheaper then a roofing company out of Los Gatos. Once the work was done, the clean up was immaculate. I highly recommend Lindy Roofing company.

They did a fantastic job, and really fast. The old roof was torn off by noon, and materials for the new roof were delivered about an hour later. The roof, new gutters, and downspouts were replaced in three days! Thank you Jim and Wendy for an outstanding, professional job.

After many calls and consolations, I finally found a company willing to take on the small title-roofing project I needed done on my home. Most companies were either not calling me back or flat out said no to the job because it was considered too small of a job.
