We have been using Eastman for years since they first installed our new roof in the early 2000's. They now support minor maintenance issues that develop over time. With this last rain storm, they responded quickly to help identify a leak, complete a temporary repair, and then come back to complete a final repair - at very reasonable rates. Highly recommended!

Had several roofers check and went with Eastman because we were told that a particular area of our roof where shingles and underlayment were lifting and was causing a leak inside our home. So paid 600 to have it repaired. Was told if it leaked they would come out to fix it. But on last big rain the roof leaked a lot in the same area- buckets, towels, etc.

They sent someone different who said the area where they patched was fine, so was probably in another location-which would cost several hundreds more. So they didn't fix problem and didn't offer to help cover costs on the possible real location of leak- even though that's what was the original agreement.

Eastman roofing is Awesome! I noticed all my neighbors were replacing their roofs and called Eastman roofing. He inspected my roof and said, "you don't need a new roof and I bet your neighbors didn't either." Instead of it costing me $40k+ it was a simple $1,100 repair estimate to "tune it up." It needed some shingles replaced and a few additions to fill in where the sun had worn through the shingles. Serviceman showed up and it actually needed less repair than originally thought and they reduced my invoice.

Who does that? I would have had no way of knowing he did less than he expected he would need to do. Eastman Roofing is honest and did a great job! I called Eastman Roofing because they had done another home I owned and the roof is now 24 years old and I know it was done right, it still looks great. (I already referred a couple of neighbors and they are very happy I did.)

I have hired Eastman on 3 occasions to fix damage on my spanish tile roof caused by squirrels. They do a great job everytime. The folks I interacted with are responsive and friendly. Eastman Roofing has just replaced my skylight and did some roofing repairs. They were very thorough on their estimate and excellent support in selection of skylight window coatings. Work was completed quickly and provided photos of progress and completion such that I did not need to go on roof to review. To my surprise a couple of weeks later a quality work inspector from the company came to inspect. Highly recommended.
