Had a pretty severe leak coming though our tile roof and needed it taken care of quickly. I called Miami Roof Tech and spoke with David and explained it was urgent, he sent someone out to inspect the roof the same day and was able to have it repaired the next morning. Haven't had an issue since the work was done, thanks again!

Roof-Tech has done several houses in our neighborhood and after seeing the work they provide we ended up going with their company. Our overall experience was terrific. The entire team was incredibly clean and professional and they even finished the project ahead of schedule which is a rarity in Miami. Really can't say enough good things about this company, highly recommended!

I can honestly say I was very impressed with the work Roof-Tech provided on our home. The service was fantastic and there were many things that really stood out to me. The first is how thoroughly they explained the entire process and any possible issues that may arise so we were prepared for just about anything. Next, they gave us a very reasonable timeline for the roof replacement and kept us updated throughout the process and actually finished ahead of schedule.

I would much rather have a contractor give us a realistic timeline and finish ahead of schedule then have someone lie to us and say it will be finished much faster then it can be done and leave us frustrated. And lastly, the customer service and responsiveness was just incredible. I received answers to emails almost immediately and never felt out of the loop or concerned about anything. So yes, I would 100% recommend this company!

I really can not emphasize enough how impressed I was working with this company. We went through the lengthy process of interviewing multiple roofing contractors and at the end of the day landed on Miami Roof-Tech. There pricing was very competitive and the customer service was far beyond what you typically receive from other contractors in Miami.

I really have to reiterate again though how impressed we were with there team and how easy they made everything. I thought having our homes roof redone was going to be fairly stressful and this was far easier to deal with then just about every other project we have done recently, and there have been a lot! We hired Roof-Tech after seeing several roofs they completed in our area after Irma. They were highly recommend from our neighbors and after working with them I can see why. From the initial estimate to the final inspection, they were true professionals in every sense of the word. During the process, they were very attentive and constantly updated us on the progress.

When it came to selecting the tile color, they brought us numerous samples and even showed us properties they completed recently so we could see them in person and ensure we were selecting the color that would fit our home best. What an awesome company, simply can not say enough good things about the job they did!

Roof-Tech just finished a complete replacement of our condo buildings flat roof and it was fantastic working with them. I am on the board of the condo association and after interviewing four company's, we selected Roof-Tech because of how thoroughly they explained every aspect of the project as well as their superior customer service. They also assisted us a great deal with our insurance company and in my opinion went above and beyond in that aspect, if ti wasn't for their tireless effort, we may not have even received the funds to do the roof.

Once the work started, our dedicated project manager gave us daily updates with detailed descriptions and pictures of the progress for everyone at the building to see. The work was completed on schedule as promised and we did not receive a single complaint from any unit owners which honestly still amazes me. An awesome job from begining to end!

We are beyond impressed with the job this company did on our homes tile roof! After obtaining multiple quotes, Roof-Tech offered the most competitive pricing as well as the best warranty of the bunch. But more importantly then that, the level of customer service we received was amazing. Someone was always available via phone, text or email to answer any questions we had and the quality of work we received was exceptional. However, what really surprised us was how quickly the work was done, while most other company's had wait times of 2-3 months, they were able to finish the entire roof within 2 weeks from when we signed the contract. You seriously can not ask for much more than that!
