Mario was our contact person. He was patient with us as we decided on shingle color and manufacturer. Brought us multiple samples. He was not only pleasant to work with but also professional. He responded quickly to our many questions. Inspections passed with no issues. The price for the roof was reasonable with high quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Big Al's Roofing.

After receiving several quotes higher and lower we decided to use Big Al's simply for their professionalism and transparency. When they came out they told us exactly what needed to be done and gave us a complete listing of everything in the contract so there would be no surprises. Once they started they had a whole team working at the end of the day our house looked like no one had been here b/c they cleaned everything up as well. Dealing with contractors can be a difficult, and on the list of contractors, roofer must be right up there with the most unreliable, most difficult to work with. When asking for roofers it seemed that every recommendation came with some caveat. "They are good, but." Thankfully for me I found Big Al's Roofing. Dealing with them could not have been easier.

Their prices were fair, quality of work was great and I never had to chase them. Bottom line.they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. First word that comes to mind is, AMAZING! Big Al's roofing is just that. After going through my own horrible experiences of roofers in miami, i was skeptical of having to use a new roofing company. I began researching different roofing companies through many sites, especially social media. Big al's roofing definitely caught my eye. I immediately called Alvaro and he was out the same day to give me an estimate.

He showed up when committed every time. He is extremely responsive to your needs and always has a can do attitude. What was even more impressive was that he had my roof cleared and papered in one day and completely finished on the third day after Inspection. Never seen that before. It was a pleasure working with Al and his crew. His workers arrived bright and early every morning and worked hard until dark, every day until the job was done. This was a complicated job that also involved replacement of roof mounted A/C ducts on our home. Al was very patient with the A/C crew who at times were hindering his progress. Al's crew had enormous attention to detail, temporarily leak proofing all the areas left unprotected by the A/C crew at the end of each day. Working with Al was probably the best experience I've had with a contractor in South Florida in the last couple of decades. I recommend him highly and without reservation.

Super Amazing! I called for an estimate. Not only was prompt to come out, but friendly and explained everything. Talked to me about options, and even gave me all of the tile pamphlets of options along with the estimate (no one else did that). One of the best prices, and came with higher included wood replacements and lower lumber charges. Once we signed up, communication was constant, with prompt response.

When it came to do the week, a lot of workers showed up. They were fast and friendly (especially when my 3 year twins were running outside the house). Job was promptly done, permits/inspections all passed right away, and job looks great. I have already referred them to coworkers. Thanks Big Al's.

The Big Al's Experience is real! My wife and I were in the process of purchasing a home in Palmetto Bay and during inspections discovered we were dealing with a roof that was close to 30 years old. I saw Big Al's sign on another project and decided to give him a call. Prior to signing any contract or providing a deposit, Big Al starting working with us.

From the beginning, Big Al was straight forward on time frames depending on the type of roof we were going to install. He provided us with multiple quotes for different roofing types. Al was very patient with us during our decision process and provided us with multiple samples of concrete tile, shingles and metal. We ultimately decided to go slightly unconventional with a shingle/metal combo. Al didn't hesitate with our choice and was excited about doing a project that he had never done before.

Prior to demolition and installation, Al outlined his process and reassured us that our property would be protected and the site would be kept cleaned at the end of each day. Big Al delivered! When Big Al's crew arrived they came ready to work. In one day they removed the existing roof, repaired any rotten wood, installed new ventilation stacks, tar paper and flashing.

Basically the roof was water tight and ready for shingles. After inspections, the crew arrived again to complete the shingles and metal portions of the roof. From start to finish our roof (5,500 SF) was completed in less than seven working days! Big Al delivered! Installing a roof is a big expense and knowing there is a roofing contractor in Miami who delivers on what he is selling is a huge relief. Amazing company with a great group of employee this company is the fastest roofer I've seen I recently had my roof replace in Miramar Fl by Big ALS Roofing and they did a awesome job. If your looking for an A1 roofer look no further. AL was great at explaining everything in detail of what my commercial roof needed. He pulled all permits and finished in a timely manner. Wouldn't use anyone else ever!
