First appointment - technician never showed up. No phone call from Cunningham. Wasted entire morning waiting when I could have been doing other things. When I called to complain, the operator apologized and promised to make me first priority (closer to 8 a.m. than 12 p.m.) on the reschedule. Rescheduled appointment - get a call around 11 a.m. asking if they can reschedule for the afternoon. Disappointed and angry I told the operator that this was unacceptable and that they needed to get a technician to my house a.s.a.p.

They finally made it around 12:30 (also outside the window they promised). Another morning wasted! I'm concerned that Cunningham is short on staff and that the quality of service is spiraling downward. Please hire more staff so this sort of thing does not happen to other customers!

Was charged $100. more for annual service contract because "you are in a high rise." Last year technician came twice & company well aware of condo building. Explained we are in bldg 7, 3rd floor with designated parking directly in front of the bldg, walk up stairs into our unit-no time wasted driving about looking for parking as I was told was primary reason for the additional fee this year.

Man on phone agreed & stated $100. refund ck would be mailed within a month. This was March 23. Absent refund or phone calls returned, I cancelled annual maintenance agreement & am still waiting on the $425. fee I pd to be returned. BEWARE! Paying upfront might not be best option. Response to owner: No you have not issued a refund. I've just spoken with a mgr who acknowledged accounting dept is in Florida & communication with them has only recently begun.

Be patient? It's been 8 wks since my 1st request. All too sadly Cunningham is no longer family owned & operated business. Service technicians are great- knowledgeable & efficient. Office mgmt sorely lacking in professionalism

This was our 1st time using Cunningham & they will be the only company we use in the future! They were very professional, communication was good & the A/C service was great. They took the normal stress out of calling for repairs & the cost was unxpectedly reasonable. They even came out the same day! Several years ago, Cunningham Assoc. was able to diagnose and fix a problem that Estes-after multiple techs, many visits and various diagnoses and solutions that did not work-said would require replacing all ductwork (that they originally installed). Since then, Cunningham has taken good care of my HVAC system; I trust them and they've upheld that trust.

We have used this well-respected company to perform our yearly maintenance on our HVAC and AC systems in our house wherever we were living for the past 20 years. Also, we were very happy with our purchase and installation of our hot water heater. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional, especially Roger. He's why we have stayed with Cunningham & Associates for all these years.

I was thrilled when the technician showed up at 9am, since my heat wasn't working at all. It was a fairly easy fix with a fuse replacement. They were efficient and did a good job. My only complaint was the cost. It's a holiday but I never expected a bill of $449. Seems incredibly excessive for a fuse. Service:Heating system repair

Everything about Cunningham is great. Jere Smith and Nick Tolan are awesome reps - very professional, courteous and respectful. The on-site crews are always great to work with. Always on time, work efficiently and leave everything cleaned up. I never feel like they are trying to "scam" me or sell me something I don't need. I would highly recommend using them.

AC failed summer 2021, they were able to come next day. Unheard of in Atlanta area. Furnace failed winter 2021, they came same day. First experience was awesome, followed up with consistency on second visit. When it comes time to replace the units Cunningham will be my go to. They are truly worthy of a 5 star review. I have used Cunningham Associates for the last four years. They are reliable and honest. My favorite technician is Joey Stewart. He's very detailed and knowledgeable!

Used Cunningham to install two new water heaters, two new furnaces, and a central air system for our bottom floor. I couldn't be happier with the service. The crew worked diligently over two days and the end result was a neat, clean install that was done properly, replacing the shoddy work I encountered after purchasing a new home.

I'm a practical kind of guy - I prefer quality/efficient equipment, and service I can trust, without having to sell body parts to pay for it. Consumer reports rates Lennox equipment in the top 4 of all HVAC brands, very good equipment.

I had a great experience with Cunningham! Bob and Waylon got me squared away, made the right suggestion and installation went very smoothly. Installers did a great job, very professional. I liked that they were Diamond Contractors with Mitsubishi (the system I was interested in), and I especially like that the company contributes a portion of revenue to local charitable endeavors.

I have used Cunningham Associates for 7 years now at my personal home. Every since the first time they ever visited my home I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism, integrity and overall experience.
