Will Use sunny Day for all my future AC needs. They have Great Customer service, Got here within an hr, extremly Polite and courteous. 5 star service

I called a few other company's to get a tune up done on my unit. No one was willing to do it after 5pm. I even offered to pay a more. Only because I don't get home until 445pm at best. Drive well over an hour each way. Everyone was "can't or we don't schedule work after 315pm". Then I called Sunny Day! They lady on the phone was wonderful! Told me we, " we will do whatever it takes to help you out"!

That's customer service. I got a txt the morning of letting me know who my tech was going to be. Then I got a txt when he was on his way. Never had this before. All I can Say is John S. is among the best at his job! Wonderful personality, asked if any issues, asked permission before looking at anything & just an all around down to earth guy. No pressures or worries with him. I would give him 100 stars if I could. They have made me a customer for life! Thanks

This company is incompatent to say the least. They installed a new HVAC system in my home. Started out OK, but the job was left incomplete outside. After numerous calls to there office, which they assured me someone would come out, months later they finally did. They finished putting the cowling around the unit and the house in very shoddy work. The contract also stated they would be out every 3 months for a HVAC inspection.

They have never come back and it has been almost 2 years! I am now using a more reliable company to maintain my unit. Sunny Day is a company to steer away from in all honesty.

This was by far the best experience I've had with any contractor! Very professional, very knowledgeable, and intent on doing the most professional job possible and accomplished it. This company exceeded my expectations. They explained every step of the process and I was well informed and much more knowledgeable about proper duct installation by the time they finished. I don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to let others know this is the best in the business.

Techs James and Daulton came at 3 to fix our air conditioner. Three days in the high 90's in Florida was more than enough. We were given the bad news that we needed a new compressor and air handler, at a cost of $5500 which was not in our budget. However, we were not going to have another hot and miserable night, no matter what.! We figured out the financing and had everything worked out, and they swore to us they would get it installed today.

Four hours later, after waiting for the hurricane-like weather to pass, they installed the indoor air handler with flashlights, as our power went off due to the storm. These two wonderful men went above and beyond our expectations by far. We are in the cool thanks to our Rheem Dream Team of James and Daulton. Would recommend Sunny Days Air, even on a rainy day. stars ++++

I wish I could give them a 0 star for everything besides the customer service part since the first lady that called me was really nice to me. Horrible company, one of my tenants complained that the heater does not work so this was the first company that i sent out for service and to get a tune up. The technician came out and told me that I have a leak in the A/C system which he recommends to add leak stop, a little bit of freon to top off the system and that the heater relay way not working and quoted me over $1300.00 dollars to get it fix and to include a very needed $900.00 dollars recommendation of adding a UV light to kill the mold.

He also recommends me to clean the coils to kill the molds before adding the UV light. I told them that i would get a second opinion since it seems a little fishy to me and that to install a whole new A/C unit would only going to cost me $3900.00 dollars. However, the field supervisor keep on pressuring me to get it done right away. He even offered me a $300.00 discount if i can get it done today and he will sent someone else out to do my work if i don't like the first technician.

So i ended up sending 2 more company out there for second opinion and they both told me that I have no leak in the system, the reason for not heating was some wiring issues, replace the capacity, and i don't need a heater relay and i do not need to clean the coil since the A/C unit was mount to the wall and not on the floor where dirt can get in. BEWARE

Outstanding service, I called sunday morning someone got back to me before 9am and tech was at my house before noon. I recommend this company anytime, they did the job fast and fairly. The owner is a very honest honorable man. He will take time to accommodate you in anyway possible. He's a true businessman. If you have any issues he'll do everything possible to make them right so that your experience with his company is memorable. If you are having any air conditioning or heating issues call Sunny Day you won't be mad that you did!

Great customer service even on the weekend late at night. Thanks to this company I will always have air or heat when needed. Plus I can trust that I will be treated fairly when it comes to paying my bill. I highly recommend this company for any air or heating needs. They showed up on time, took the time to introduce themselves. They where very professional and polite. I had three companies come for quotes and Sunny Day Air Conditioning beet their price by over $500.00 they took the time to go over my whole system and showed me exactly what needed to be done.

Sunny Day Air Conditioning came to our home for a repair in 2015. The repair was exceptional as they went out of their way to fix problems that they found at no extra charge. At that time I was given a written estimate for a new unit.

Excellent service. They were very professional and on time. I recommend them to anyone having AC or heat issues. The price was affordable and they were respectable. You will not be disappointed.
