What a lifesaver! The spring on our garage door snapped on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Due to the holiday, I was not able to get it fixed until that Saturday so I started making calls that AM - SW Garage came highly recommended in my neighborhood so I started there. I called at 8am and Jason said he could work us in that morning. Brandon arrived about 11am and was finished installing the 2 springs by 12.
He was polite and knowledgeable. He suggested we upgrade to 2 springs instead of one and I took him up on it. The garage has never worked better. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

I'm so glad I made a Facebook post and found this company! Brendan was amazing the service was amazing. The turn around time was insane called on my lunch break had someone here with in 45 minutes. And my garage was fixed in the next 40 mins! Just amazed at how awesome it all was! And definitely the best priced!

What great customer service! I backed into my garage door as it was going up and knocked it off the tracks. Brandon with Southwest was at my house less than an hour after my call. He gave me an estimate upfront, which was very reasonable. especially for Sunday service call, and he had my door repaired in no time. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing repairs on their garage door.

Jason is such a gentleman. My garage wasn't closing so a friend referred me to Jason and he agreed to come on a short notice. Turns out the garage got fixed without much intervention so we didn't have to use his service after all. I offered to pay him for his trouble but he refused to accept the $ even though he had made the trip out to my house. I'm truly impressed with his professionalism and would definitely call him for future work and refer him to others!

Jason and crew were awesome from start to finish. I spoke with him first last week when going over quotes for my new door opener. Not only was he pleasant to talk to, he was very knowledgeable about his work. He was personable and made me feel comfortable even over the phone. I knew then that I was going to book him for my service. During install today, they were both very personable and professional.
Everything was explained to me and I was shown how to use all devices. I also want to mention for all thats included, the pricing was more than reasonable. I would give more stars if able. Definitely found my garage service company! Thank you so much.

I can't speak highly enough about this company! Tony and Brendan came out and took care of everything and more. The price was outstanding! The only thing that was better was the service. Great people who care about their work and it showed. After watching them do their work I am confident I won't have another problem with my garage door for a long time. The whole experience from talking to Jason on the phone and then meeting the staff at my house was enjoyable. Top notch company.

The team at Southwest Garage Door Service replaced our garage doors and did a fantastic job and no mess left behind. As they put up the new garage doors all of the old parts and doors were quickly put on the work truck. So when they were finished completing the job, all the clean-up was complete and we had nice new doors. We had a great experience from the quote to completion.

The technician who came out to my home, Jason, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also VERY prompt - within minutes of the time I called, he was in my driveway. He reviewed the issue (broken spring), gave me several options for repair, and there was NO PRESSURE to go with either option.
