Benson Painting Services did an outstanding job of painting the exterior of our home. Ryan was easy to talk to and work with during the initial consultation and quote. He really knows his stuff. Gene was running the crew working on our house and he was friendly, professional, and showed a lot of expertise and attention to detail. He made sure that we were satisfied with the final result. Our house has never looked so good.

I have used Benson painting twice to paint the exterior of my home. Both times they exceeded my expectations. Attention to detail, regular communication, thorough and careful application. Gene sanded, painted and took great care to do the best job possible to improve a couple of worn decks. He also identified and replaced cedar siding where needed. A total transformation! What started as a typical bid for interior painting of our main floor, including our two-story great room, quickly escalated into a project that truly transformed our home! Ryan was referred to us by our neighbor, who hired Ryan's crew to enamel all of their honey oak trim, doors and windows white, and we were beyond impressed.

We didn't think it would be our reality at this point but, out of curiosity, we had Ryan give us a bid to enamel our honey oak trim, doors and windows. We'd already started doing some upgrades in the house, and the enameling was something we always wanted to do. Realizing the impact the enameling and paint would have, and seeing the reasonable pricing Ryan provided, we agreed to this major project.

We even extended the enameling to our second floor as our loft is open to the two-story great room. It was the BEST decision ever, and our house feels like an entirely new home! From our first meeting, Ryan was down-to-earth, honest and friendly. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely responsive, listened to all of our questions and was patient as we went back-and-forth on the color/stain of our stairwell railing.

He went out of his way to provide samples and make sure that we did it the right way. Ryan's service went above and beyond our expectations. His crew was phenomenal too, and their work is absolutely beautiful! Thank you, Ryan and crew, for making our dream vision a reality! It says a lot when not one, but two, contractors who were doing work in our house (one of whom had interactions with Ryan as it pertained to the trim) asked for Ryan's contact information due to his high-quality work, knowledge and expertise. Ryan did a fantastic job staining my deck. He is a perfectionist and uses only the highest quality products. I really appreciated how quickly he responded to my emails. He always took time to answer my questions and was truly amazing to work with!

I have used Benson painting twice now for interior painting and exterior deck staining. Ryan was extremely attentive to my concerns regarding our deck. I chose to build our deck of real wood and specifically rare, A grade redwood. Ryan gave us multiple options to choose from regarding stain and gave us a lot of advice about what to expect for longevity of the stain. Years later we had him back to sand and re-stain the deck and his sanding and restoration job was impeccable.

The original stain lasted longer than expected and upon refinishing the deck it looks better than when it was new. On top of that, there was no sign anyone had done any work aside from refinishing my deck. His clean up was so good, you couldn't tell anyone was there. I highly recommend Ryan and his team for any painting or staining project you may have.

Benson Painting stained our log house the summer of 2009. I would highly recommend them & cannot say enough good things about the job they did. We used a special 3 coat stain process [Structures Wood Care] which required alot of additional time & attention to detail. They did a great job at a considerably lower price than the other bids I received.

Our house looks great! Ryan and his crew were respectful and contentious of needing to live in our home while they were painting and prepping. The trim lines are crisp and do not slop over onto our windows and screens. They also refinished our front door and it looks amazing!
