The workers showed up on time every day and were receptive to our feedback. Pricing was reasonable, and we were always informed about when our job was going to start and/or any changes in the schedule.

We hired them to refinish our concrete patio - talk about thinking OUTSIDE the box! - and they did a beautiful job which has literally weathered the weather for about a year now. I am very pleased with the work that Imhoff Painting recently did to remove the texture of my wall. Katya worked in my house for two days and did an extremely meticulous job skim coating the wall and sanding it down for a luxuriously smooth finish. I hired Imhoff several years ago to paint our home. His company had to replace a lot of old wood on our home. It really was one of the most meticulous jobs i have ever seen. You know how some crews wont even acknowledge you when they show up on your property? Doug's people were always friendly and competent. If i had a question, they would get me the answer right away. Really good company and really good leadership.

Imhoff painting was wonderful to work with, the bid included portions of our home that needed repair, paint and some sections were not in need of any Imhoff painting! We were so impressed that we had Mark paint while we were out of town. They sent project updates and photos daily. The house looks beautiful. Doug and his crew are the BEST! They recently did the wood trim in our house after we had new hardwood floors installed and painted all of our hand railings along our stairs. They were incredibly efficient, professional and helpful (because I could not decide on coloring!). We couldn't be more pleased with the fine work that Imhoff Fine Residential Painting (and amazing wood work) did for us. We would recommend them to all of our family and friends!

Called for a bid today, John asked how much do you want to spend? I said I don"t know that's why I'm calling, for a bid. He flew off the handle and said "i have been doing this for 27 years don"t fuck with me how much do you want to spend?" End of conversation enough said!

Imhoff is fantastic! My husband handled most of the details however I was home while they painted and also helped with the color selection prior to painting. Mary and John are very professional and know what is expected. Mary helped us select updated paint colors which work well and caused a friend to inquire to our help as he knew we wouldn't have done as well selecting colors without help! Ben and the painting staff are so nice and respectful. If they have questions they ask and do not assume. I would use imhoff again anytime and I recommend them often

I have used Imhoff painting on two separate occasions. In both instances the quality of work was impeccable! The house was completely caulked, 20 split cedar planks replaced. Also the service door to the garage and wood around the front door had started to rot. I was able to have Imhoff replace everything at a very reasonable price. People that have actually had work performed on their house by the specific contractor should be the only ones allowed to post a review of those services. I called looking for someone to stain match a door and the first response I get was, How much are you willing to pay? Not quite sure how to take that. I suppose if they were trying to extort money, it would be a fair question.

I was very pleased with the work the team did on my home. They were very professional and thorough in their work and clean up after the job was completed. They made sure that we were happy with the work and did a complete walk around the house before signing off with us.

Email received on 10/11/12 says it all (see previous review on 8/1/2011). I did receive multiple other emails from Mary and John asking me to remove my original review which I chose not to answer. We were very happy with the contractor we did end up selecting to do this work. ============================================================== As a business person I make decisions constantly on how to best spend my time.

You have the opportunity to select any contractor you choose. I have the opportunity to select which customers I work for as well as which ones I will invest my time in preparation of a proposal. With our perfectionist staff your job looked like a 12 thousand job! At this point I choose between two lose-lose situtations; hand you an extimate that you think your being screwed with or I choose not to estimate your job!

You told me that you were gonna get bids from angie painters and not just from paint contractors so I make my decision. Lots of people compare oranges to apples and thats OK, I choose to save my time but this was not the right decision with you. Somehow I got the feeling that when you holding the purse strings that I was suppose to get on my knees and beg from you.

I do get on my knees but when that happens its never about money! You have chosen to harbor all this hatred, anger, bitterness, resentment and lack of forgiveness. This is not what I would model to my kids! In closing, It was once said that anger, bitterness, resentment never hurt where its poured but rather where its stored. I found this company through a networking group I belong to. We have Vinyl siding on our house that was at least 20 years old and very dinghy. We wanted to freshen up the look of the house without spending the money to re-side the house.
