We've used them for 2 years now and have not been disappointed. They come on time and if there is a maintenance issue, they let us know and give us options on how to proceed from there. And they keep us in the loop and process. Also, I like how they send a report and pictures of the pool every time they come. It's the extra step that helps with peace of mind that my pool is getting taken care of.

I used ASP for more than two years. They installed my salt system, maintained the pool and when the time came replaced my old pump motor with an energy efficient. I have been using the pool service for 6 months. I have had several pool companies and have been very disappointed with service until I met Mark who was cleaning a neighbor's pool. Mark gave me the contact information and I have been very pleased with the service and the professionalism that Mark exudes. He is very professional and goes out of his way to ensure the pool is clean. Recently he assisted in cleaning some of the tree droppings that had blown in. Before cleaning the pool he cleaned the excess tree droppings. Job well done!

ASP has been taking care of my pool for a few years. The weekly service done by Dan is great. He lets us know of anything that needs attention. As a former customer I would not recommend. I used this company for 4 years and they really went down the drain in the last year. I used them for general maintenance and had them resurface my pool. They were not upfront with the resurfacing project and I had a hard time reaching anyone throughout the process. The weekly service was always random days and times.

I was early able to keep track that they actually came that week. As a loyal customer I wanted to move my service to my new house (they offered an inspection) and was totally blown off after setting up 2 appointment times. Needless to say I have since changed companies and there are far better out there. Please reconsider your decision to use this company.

I let my pool go for a while and Dan at ASP came in and saved the day! He took the time to explain our options in great detail and was very honest - Our pool looks great now! Thanks Dan!

At our first appointment we had the pleasure of meeting Mark. He was so kind and so patient in answering all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable and reassured that we would be in good hands with ASP.

We have seen Mark every week now, and the consistency of having the same technician week over week has been an unexpected benefit. My ring camera even caught him bringing our empty trash cans in one day - what a nice guy!

Mr. Adan Romero (owner) was contacted to come and identify why my pool motor was making a loud noise. I contacted him on a Thursday. He came the same day, as I suspected he identified we did need to replace the motor. We agreed on a price for him to replace it, which was very fair. Friday he brought it and replaced it. Then that afternoon I noticed water was leaking from the bottom.

Worth every penny, I am unable to do the work anymore due to a disability. I am so happy to have found someone who loves working on the pool as much as I do. Very hard workers and their customer service is top notch.

I called Adan Romero a few weeks ago looking for someone new to take care of my pool. He has done an excellent job. Adan has already fixed my Polaris and put my pool back on a timer. Every time I call him, he answers his phone and is always patient and friendly with me. I feel like he has a real concern to do the best for his clients.

After the builder (Keith Zars Pools) of my pool expressed ZERO interest in servicing my pool unless I was willing to purchase a 'lifetime warranty', I decided to go with an independent pool service. I'm glad I did. It's been a pleasure doing business with Adan Romero. He does what he says he's going to do, he's stays on schedule, and readily shares his knowledge.

Since I moved to San Antonio, 30+ years ago, I have rarely had someone come to my home for a service, and been completely pleased. Adan Romero returned our call quickly (unlike most), he came on time (unlike most), he went right to work and didn't stop till he was done (no breaks like most), returned when he said he would to check status of repair (unlike most) and did a great job.
