Max was the guy who checked on our electrical stuff for us today. I highly recommend that you ask for this guy he was very professional very patient answered all our questions and even asked if we had anything more to ask him before he left just to make sure that we were good with everything. This is the second time we've had to use RS Andrews and every time we've always felt that they did a good job for us. As I said before I highly recommend this company they're very straightforward, professional and friendly.

Dealing with this company is a nightmare. All of the interactions felt like we were involved in a scam. There is no follow up. The plumber basically wanted to replace everything and gave us an estimate of thousands of thousands of dollars. Interestingly, we later got 2 other estimates and both the other plumbers (which were highly recommended and had superior service) disagreed.
They said it was like they were not only price gouging but looking to do unnecessary work. What was amazing was that the other 2 plumbers were similar in price quotes and also all recommended the same repairs. RS Andrews has declined over the years. We had used them off/on for over a decade but will not use them again. (Oh yeah, and they were an hour late too after we waited all morning). Companies would be better to extend their windows than to have people upset because they're so late

I have never used this service. Their quality may be phenomenal. However, I will never use this company as I watched a driver representing this company not pull over for emergency vehicles on 2 occasions. I hope that this employee is never in need of emergency care or if they are, those on the road at the time do not show the same disregard that this employee showed. **This is not in direct relations to the company's actions, however their employee was representing them in one of their trucks with their name and information plastered all over it. Hoping the company will make strides to remind their employees to pull to the right for sirens and lights and that their actions represent the company as a whole.**

We've used RS Andrews for several years now and have always been satisfied! And we've used them for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, so I feel confident speaking on behalf of each service type. Every technician we've gotten seems trustworthy and always does a good job. This time Paul came out to fix a plumbing issue with our master bathtub, and he did an excellent job. So thankful for quick, reliable repairs! And their prices are great too!

I've been a residential customer for 12 years. During that time new central a/c units were purchased and installed, a central humidifier as well as a central air purifier. The cost of the units were competitive. All the installations were smooth. I also contracted to have all the units regularly checked as part of their maintenance program. The techs who do the regular maintenance are courteous, very professional and thorough. Importantly, the RS ANDREWS customer service center is excellent.

David was very knowledgeable and was able to accurately diagnose the cause of my blocked drains. The repair was more challenging than it was supposed to be, but he assured me he would not leave until it was unblocked correctly. He was able to get it working perfectly and cleaned up and disinfected the area where he had to replace the sewage pipe. Very good workmanship and I would highly recommend RS Andrews

Their plumber came on Monday, and needed to replace our recirculator pump and plumb the line into the bottom of our hot water heater. He was nice, quick and professional. My complaint is not about him. Rather, it is the degree to which they overcharged me for the pump. I looked it up online: the pump they charged me over $1,100 for sells for $300!
Even allowing an hour for labor (I don't think it even took that long), that means they STILL charged me over 3x what the pump costs. I realize they need to mark things up a bit to make a profit, but that is truly ridiculous. I will never use this company for any future services, and after the HVAC maintenance contract I just renewed runs out, I will be cancelling that too.

Technicians arrived later than expected (traffic) but stayed late to insure that all work was completed successfully. They worked with the roofing crew to get things done quickly so the roofers could leave. All 3 RS Andrews technicians that I have encountered have been very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Had leak in water service line. They came out and quoted $675 to repair or $100 to do nothing and leave. Repair took less than 1 hour and less than $10 in parts. Service tech cut out and replaced 4 inches of plastic pipe. Cost was way out of line with what would have been fair. I think they took advantage of my being out of town and wife was home without water. Will never use them again for anything and advise others to look elsewhere.

Setting up the appointment was easy. I had a plumbing problem under the sink in a recently remodeled old kitchen. Rich very promptly gave me his initial assessment and said he'd need to give me 2 quotes dependent on his findings once he was able to scan inside the pipes. After his scan, he was able to determine that the amount of work was not as significant as he feared and his repair cost dropped even below his initial estimates. I was very impressed by his experience and his honesty. For reference, a different plumber from another company quoted 4 times what I ended up paying.

I selected RS Andrews for their services on an entire home remodel and they were the best contractors we had on the project. RS Andrews did the entire electric system, including new panels and a connection for a whole home generator. They also did all of the HVAC work including new ductwork and a super efficient mini-split system in our basement. I just wish I would have used RS Andrews for our plumbing, but our general contractor brought in a different plumber too early and I couldn't make the change to RS Andrews. I 100% recommend RS Andrews. They have the technical knowledge and great people to work with.

We had an excellent experience with RS Andrews. We needed a full system replacement, which was done in one day! The sales rep David was very knowledgeable about the options we had, and I was very impressed with his honesty, follow through and overall interest in our project. We ordered the mid-tier system, and later found out that availability was short- so they gave us a free upgrade to the top tier system at no extra charge!
They made sure we had heat on one of the coldest weeks of the year, and the crew stayed late until everything was working. Great work all around and we will look forward to their Included service- we did not have to pay an extra charge for maintenance- it is included which other companies charged a monthly fee for.

Quick response, good communication and advice. I think the water heater is a good value. The price for the addl install of a pressure regulator was ridiculously high but the tech does not control pricing. The valve was over 30% of the cost of the entire water heater install and took him about 20 minutes to install? Can't understand how a simple in line valve could cost so much!

RS Andrews offered the most competitive quote compared to other highly rated companies in town. David was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions when selecting the right unit to replace my furnace. The install team showed up right on time, replaced the unit relatively quickly, and did a great job of keeping my place clean.

We had high water bills that indicated a leak within the home. Neil quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue. He recommended a water heater replacement. He returned the next day with all of the equipment necessary to replace and install the new unit. He and his associate, Eric were professionals. They worked until the job was complete. We are pleased with the service.

When the technician originally came out to give an estimate for installing a 14-50 outlet so that I can charge my Tesla in my driveway, he said the mobile connector only needed a 50 amp, but he would instead install a 60 amp just in case I decided to get the faster charger (Wall Connector) installed at a later time. The wall connector requires a 60 amp. Today, he came to install my outlet, I reminded him of placing the 60 amp, he said he was putting in the 50 amp however if I need the 60 amp in the future he would install it at no charge.
When the service was finished and I paid, he informed me that he would send me a receipt via email and would detail the work done before he left my driveway. I then reminded him of the 60 amp install for no charge in the future if needed as he previously mentioned. He said he would add it. I receive the receipt about 10 minutes later and he added that if needed a 60 amp in the future it would be $300+ dollars (I can't remember the exact amount).
Terrible service. I'm highly disappointed when I thought this technician was doing a great job and showing pride for the company. Now I'm thinking otherwise of the company he represents.

I am a licensed plumber from another state that works for another plumbing company. I called RS Andrews because my company doesn't have a branch that services my in-laws in Suwannee. After working through some scheduling issues with the company's amazing dispatch staff and one person (Ben) who if he wasn't a manager, had the corresponding communication skills, I was told Charles would be at my in-laws home the following day.
From the moment he arrived, I could instantly sense a professionalism and friendliness in Charles that I look for in my own coworkers. He was incredibly knowledgeable, informative and very easy to talk to. I told my mother in law that if they ever need plumbing service in the future, they absolutely should request Charles, as I would be proud to work with him and learn from his experience. I wish RS Andrews, Charles and Ben all the best, and thank them for their quick service over the last 24 hours.

I chose to write a review because these guys are top notch; from Management (Kenny) to the technicians. I own a business so I know how critical it is for things to run smoothly for our customers. We had an issue where somehow our compressor was turned off and the store was very hot. I sent an email at 2:am of the issue; the next morning before I had a chance to follow up with a call, the technician (Corey) was already on his way.
It was raining pretty bad on Thursday morning but he waited till the rain eased a minute and went on the roof to fix our compressor. He was soaking wet after, head to toe; Corey we really appreciate you and all you did for us on Thursday. Thank you!

I recently used RS Andrews to do a plumbing repair in my house after finding a ton of water leaking into my basement. The techs that came out were on time and were nice, and so far my plumbing issue seems to have been resolved; however, I will not be using RS Andrews in the future for several reasons. First, even though I was assured that RS Andrews was following COVID safety protocols, neither of the techs that arrived were wearing their masks properly while they were inside of my house.
I had to spend an hour after they departed airing out and sanitizing my house because of this. Second, the cost that I was charged to do the repair was astronomical-- it broke down to $250 an hour after removing the price of the part and the default service charge. The invoice that I was shown before the techs began the work was not very detailed, and the techs failed to explain why the cost broke down the way that it did. Had it not been an emergency repair, I likely would've told them to leave immediately. Third, the techs did extensive damage to the wall in my bathroom.
I had been informed that they would need to make a small cut to do the repair ahead of time, and had approved it; however, the cuts that were made were *all over* the wall and were clearly not necessary for them to do the repair. I had to hire someone else to come in and do the drywall patch after RS Andrews left, therefore having to pay a second company on top of the ridiculous charges that I had already incurred.

I had a great experience with R.S. Andrews electrical service. The service technician that visited my house was very professional, neat, and very well organized. During his visit, he listened carefully to my request (installation of a new dedicated electrical 20 amp circuit for an indoor electric fireplace). The service technician also examined the load center in my garage and gave me some very helpful advice. I am very satisfied with experience I had working with R.S. Andrews electrical service. I would recommend their service to my friends and co-workers.

I needed 2 spigots replaced and one toilet fixed. I was charged a $99 service fee that did NOT apply to my total bill. The guy that came out complained that I had a Kohler one piece toilet. It only needed a gasket on the siphon which he replaced (2 minutes to complete). Then he quoted me $456 to replace on spigot that was easily accessible and told it would be twice that to replace the other one since it had to be relocated. Needless to say, I decline that highway robbery offer.
I called a local plumber who replaced both (including relocating the one) and he only charged me $350. While RS Andrews may be a Trust Dale recommendation-they will rip you off if you let them. NEVER USE RS ANDREWS!

We just utilized the services of R.S. Andrews for their duct cleaning service. We are more than pleased. Nick and Chase were prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They showed us before and after photos during the process. We were amazed at the difference, and our system is only about nine years old. Also they beat Stanley Steamer by about $200.
They also did the dryer vent which was pretty dirt. Kudos to their manager, Albert, for giving us the exact cost up front and we weren't pressured to add anything we did not want. The next time we need this service done we will definitely go with R.S. Andrews again.

This is a excellent company from Sales, Customer Service, HVAC, Electrician to the guys who blow the insulation. Seems everyone went to the same training on providing great customer service. Very clean, respectful of your home, great friendly attitudes and they delivered more than what I asked. I'm happy with my experience with RS Andrews.

Michael at R.S. Andrews quoted me a $249 fee to service my Rinnai tankless water heater and when the plumbers came out the total charge came to $388. I consider that a bait and switch and stealing from customers. They say I was charged a "trip fee" because I also wanted an estimate for replacement of some bath fixtures which took about 10 minutes.
Since I was charged a "trip fee" that I wasn't told about there is no way I would do any more business with a company that uses bait and switch tactics like this. I highly recommend that you find another honest company to deal with. After lodging a complaint with R.S. Andrews, I was informed that the $99 trip fee would be refunded so we shall see how that goes.

Previously I'd had a very good experience with them - high prices, but you get what you pay for. They replaced a toilet last time and I asked them to come back and do the same for my other two toilets. The toilets they installed were a different, much more expensive brand, and the handles are extremely loose, the way you'd expect them to be on a 20+ year old toilet.
I asked him to tighten them and he said they were supposed to be that way. I pointed out the other toilet they installed wasn't, which was when he realized he'd spent 3 hours installing the wrong ones. Now they're refusing to install the correct ones, and I'm out $1800.

Had them here 2 weeks ago to replace leaking hot water faucet on washing machine. Quoted price $354.00 for a simple replacement of a $9.00 part. After questioning, price reduced to $270.00 rip off. Called to complain. still waiting for a reply. Also have a contract for HVAC check up twice yearly. Always telling me I must have replacement parts. Constantly telling me to replace furnace. They come across as threatening. Won't use them again.

Sadly this company has gone downhill over the last several years. There was a time their focus was taking care of customers. Then it became an up sell game for them. Have had a yearly prepaid service contract for a number of years and they began selling parts (caught them trying to sell things like starting capacitors that they'd sold us less than 6 months prior). Trying to push duct cleaning, drain sanitizers, etc. etc.
The last two maintenance appointments, we were told we ought to upgrade our systems to new systems (theory that it would save us $ in utility expenses, etc.). They tend to not take no for an answer unless you're insistent and tell them you done talking. Also, beware of their plumbing division unless money is no object and Fort Knox is petty change to you.
I unfortunately cannot recommend anyone else at the moment, but can honestly say I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND DO NOT PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN. IT HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE THAT RS ANDREWS IS DISHONEST, UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE,

I had my outside unit ice up. Was very satisfied with the service tech Amir. Explained everything to me and fixed the issue. Checked all aspects of the system to make sure everything was working well before leaving. I have a very old heat pump system that a lot of techs don't know how to work on. Amir was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will use them from now on.

Our tankless water heater started leaking. The R S Andrews tech came and said we needed a new heat exchanger. After some time on the phone he told us a new exchanger was not available for our water heater. He said we'd have to replace the entire heater, for a total price of over $5000! I called the manufacturer, and they told me where to purchase a new exchanger, for about $300.
I got a local plumber to install it for an additional $300. In short, a little leg work on my part saved us about $4500! In addition, two other companies I talked to said that $5000 for a new tankless water heater is too high! Be careful dealing with this company.

My last water bill was very high so I suspected a leak. I contacted a plumber and a Leak Detection company. and they were not able to find the leak. I contacted RS Andrews and Mr. Todd Allen came out and began by asking me many questions about my problem and he even contacted the leak detection company. He walked my property with me looking for a leak.
Finally he discovered that I did not have a leak but instead had a neighborhood irrigation system attached to my meter. And the irrigation system had the leak. We shut off the irrigation and my problem was solved. I highly recommend Mr Todd Allen with RS Andrews. He truly cared about my problem.

I have used RS Andrews for years. Most of their employees are competent at what they do. The concern I have now is that you have to watch them constantly when they are in your home. It never used to be that way. And I would always show the service rep where the furnace, AC system, plumbing area, etc. was, then leave them alone to work. In the last couple of years, they have stolen a bottle of liquor, a metal box that I kept valuables in, and a wrist watch from my bedroom.
I have signed a service agreement with them, so will let them in my house while the agreement is in force since I paid for a full year. But I will stay with the person while they are in my house, then start using another company.

I was in need of a new water heater and contacted RS Andrews to handle the task. They arrived as scheduled and the job was done, somewhat. The next day I noticed the water in the shower was not able to be adjusted to a usable temperature. I placed a call and they were very quick to setup a service call to ascertain the problem. A service technician arrived once again and determined that everything was connected properly and it was a wiring issue.
Note - this is a gas water heater. Once we investigated further it was noticed that toilets were now filling with Hot Water and several sinks were now inverted between Hot/Cold water, shower was still not usable. It seems that the unit was indeed NOT installed properly as half the house was cross connected with the Hot & Cold lines. Thankfully we handled the fix ourselves and all was made right, no thanks to the folks at RS Andrews.

Prompt and friendly service and problem fixed. Would be five stars but I feel we were ripped off. $60 for the diagnostic and $250 for the part that took the tech about 10 or 20 mins to install. That part costs $10-$30 retail. I expect a bit of mark-up and understand the experience and labor has value, but that's a bit much and we won't be using them again.

I called to set up an inspection for a home I was purchasing and under contract for and was told that they would not complete a home inspection since I had not purchased the home yet, which completely defeats the purpose of a home inspection prior to purchasing a home. This company either doesn't want business or has incompetent people working for them. Either or, skip this company and find one that understands a customer's needs.

It's interesting how RS Andrews has gone from 5 stars to 3 stars on Yelp over the past 3 years. It does however reflect my own experience. When I first used RS Andrews they were very responsive, I could text their person who worked on my house and he would handle everything. Now he doesn't respond to texts, you have to call their helpdesk, where you get a long hold time.
You have to book appointments weeks in advance even for routine maintenance. If you need service on a Saturday, they are closed. Also their pricing isn't great either as some other reviewers have pointed out. It's like they raised prices and cut the level of service quality. I also learned that they poorly installed my humidifier with a pipe that is too short. Didn't realize until I called another company out and they showed me that it was too short to connect to the canister.

Thomas Hardeman now works for this company. He used to own Plumbit but unfortunately had to close it down due some mishaps, he's a wonderful plumber and highly recommend him. RS Andrews is the company he now works for, and has many plumbers working for them. I requested Thomas because I used him in the past and I know he does quality work! He's honest, efficient and cleans up after he is done.
Super nice guy and I'll be requesting him to come back to install my water heater! Company is very nice and has dispatcher call and confirm ETA of the repair person. If they're running late they will call and tell you. It's a big company so I'm thinking they get a lot of calls, I had to call a few times to get someone to answer because agents were helping other clients. But it's ok rather get a live agent then leave a Voicemail.

We called them a few weeks ago to have a basic maintenance done on the ac/heating units and to get a quote on having the whole house air ducts and dryer vent air ducts cleaned. They came out the same day for the heating and air maintenance, and called me a day or two later with a quote for the air ducts. I had called a couple other companies as well and they were around the same price give or take a few dollars for the heating and air maintenance but had a ton of reviews so we chose them and they blew everyone else out of the water with the pricing for the air duct cleaning, (except for one company that was wayyyyy lower than everyone else and that made me a little suspicious of that company LOL) Well we got our dryer vent duct cleaned today and we held off on doing the whole house for just a little bit but I am very pleased with the work and my dryer now is working properly, drying the clothes in just one go round.
The guys that did the work were very professional and answered all my questions. ** warning. They informed me that you should clean your dryer ducts once a year and that issues with the dryer is the number one cause of housefires!

Was alerted to water flowing out of the basement by our neighbor and called R. S. Andrews to assess the issue and fix the issue. Although it was after hours, David Stitt was at our home within an hour of the call. He helped us turn off the water and diagnosed the issue, but as it was dark wouldn't be able to fix it. However, David made sure that his dispatcher would send out someone first thing the get us up and running again.
At 7:30am, I got a call from master plumber, Michael Waters, that he would be at our home in 20 minutes. All told, after about an hour or so of work out plumbing issue was repaired better that when it had been originally installed and it was a LOT less than I expected. Both of these men are a credit to R. S. Andrews and if I ever move it will be hard not having a company like them to partner with.
Fun fact: these guys aren't on commission. They don't get paid more to "sell" things you don't need. These guys are professional, tell you what you need to fix the issue, and fix it.
