ProClean is my favorite business to use for window washing services! Quinn, Jessie, and Cayden arrived on time and quietly and respectfully went about their work cleaning windows inside and out. After all the "mud rain" we have had in the past month, it is a pleasure to look through crystal clean windows. I couldn't be more pleased and I high recommend ProClean!

When your associates are finished they should let the customer know. Then a walk around could be done to ensure complete satisfaction. Your workers did not replace all the window screens. Also, They did not wipe off the basement window covers which they said they would do before putting them back on the window surrounds. Otherwise, their work was excellent!

Great communication, adhered to schedule and windows looked great! Three blinds were unable to open after they came. couldn't get them to lower and go back down again. They picked up the window blinds the following day after I called them and had them restrung and re-hung again the following day and they work beautifully. They also offered a discount off the price for inconvenience!
To me there's no better company in the world than one that will take responsibility and remedy an issue immediately. Those are the type of people I want to do business with again and again! Thank you for being a reputable and diligent business!

I was referred to Proclean Windows by a friend that sang their praises. I too want to sing their praises! Everyone I dealt with, the contact on the phone, the young man that gave me the bid and the 2 gentlemen that came to do the work were engaging and professional. They made it a very nice experience. The outcome was excellent! The windows are so clean and the rain gutter is clean.
I can tell by the rainstorm we're having ( thank heavens!) And, they went the extra mile and cleaned the storm doors! That put a smile on my face. I'll definitely use Proclean Windows again!

I have searched far and wide to find a window cleaning company that is reliable, affordable, and does a quality job. These guys are it! I was recommended to them by my neighbor and I'm so glad I was. Jessica the office manager knew of the problems I've had with previous companies and she made sure that I was taken care of. They also were able to get my back windows that were 70ft up (see picture). Consider me a regular customer!

I love this company. When I checked on prices from other companies, this company was the most reasonable and do more than other companies do. For example, a lot of companies only do the outside or charge a lot more to do the inside. They wipe out the window seal on the inside. Also they were ready to leave when one of them noticed a smudge on one of the windows and came back to clean it. I probably wouldn't have noticed but you could tell they took a lot of pride in their work. Awesome company!

Terrible service. First, they cancelled the original appointment last minute. Then when they came out they said it was exterior windows only. Then they left water in my hardwood floors. In addition, they didn't get the hard water spots off. Then said they would remove it but of course wanted to charge more. I would not use them again.

I have used lots of different window cleaners over the years and ProClean Windows has by far been the best. They arrive on time and work quickly while taking care to respect my home and the things in it (Some other cleaners have not been so careful). The windows looked amazing when they were done. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The cleaners were incredibly friendly and professional. There were some issues with our almost 40 year old windows, but they didn't try to hide it, instead they were up front with what could and couldn't be cleaned. The price was better than I expected, definitely worth the money. I also loved that unlike most of the other companies we've hired lately (and there have been many), they put shoe-covers on when they came in the house.
