Rates almost doubled for us after 2 years. It went from $455 to $780 for the same amount of work, nothing changed on our end. Items were missed even though we did a walk through and had discussed the expectations. Company had a portfolio of everything they would take care of. There was never any talk of an hour time frame. Clark felt that it was justified to raise our rates because they couldn't clean the facility in an hour time frame.

He never came in to check on how things were going. They did not clean the last weekend that they had with us, nor have they returned the keys like I had asked. Bad mouthed other companies and their services. I was not happy with the way Clark handled the final transition. His employee Lincoln was exceptional. He went above and beyond he duties and took care of the facilities.

Reason items were missed was because it was not relayed to him from upper management. Anyway, Clark seems to think he can tell us when he wants to return our keys to our facility.
