After originally not receiving a call back due to what appeared to be a messaging error, David, the owner contacted me and quickly arranged a time for an estimate for residential exterior window cleaning. The work was completed when scheduled and he offered to return to "touch" up areas after a recent storm, if necessary. Follow through was excellent once we were able to connect. We will use again for window cleaning.

All of my experience with 20/20 was excellent, from booking the appointment to the actual cleaning, everyone was professional and courteous. I could tell the work being done was being done well, and my windows look fantastic now. If I wasn't moving to another state I'd be definitely scheduling recurring window cleanings with 20/20. Dave does a wonderful job. I had him clean my windows three years ago. The next year I went with a different company. I was not impressed by them. I constantly had to tell them to be careful around my outdoor plants. They cleaned the inside as well and left behind a mess. Huge mistake on my part. This year, I called Dave. He scheduled me right away.
He was extremely respectful of my property. I would have had him clean the inside if not for COVID. 3 years ago, he did, and I recall that he wore shoe covers. Again, respectful of my house. He's a great guy and I will forever be using his services. Thanks 20/20 windows!

We really love our clean windows! This is the first company that really did a superb job on our windows. They got every single window, inside and out, and cleaned the screens too. We also appreciate the 3-day storm guarantee, too. The company was prompt and did a great. Because they were so excellent, we are thinking of going quarterly. Thanks again for such a great job!

We could not be more pleased with our home's first ever professional window cleaning by 20/20. Scheduling the service was easy and the work done promptly. Our house is 60+ years old and has original windows. We have two problem windows that we thought could be a problem, but David figured our how to handle each easily. And, it is now much easier to see our backyard birds! We will definitely reconnect with 20/20 at least annually.

David and his co-worker did an amazing job with our windows. They were reliable and totally professional.and even taught us some things about our windows we hadn't realized previously. I've been using 20/20 Window Cleaning for several years now. I have to say its been a great decision! David comes once a quarter and cleans all my windows - even all the glass windows on the deck. He even has a storm guarantee! There was a dirty rain storm that mucked up the windows facing west. I called David and he came out and cleaned those windows again at no charge. I would highly recommend 20/20 Window Cleaning to anyone who asks! David does an EXCELLENT job, is extremely courteous, and is VERY dependable.
