Grant did a great job. We needed two couches and two oversized chairs and a staircase cleaned. Grant communicated that he was coming early, showed up and got the job done quickly and everything looked great! Couldnt have gone better!

To say that ChemDry saved the day is an understatement! They were able to come the same day when my dog destroyed the carpet with poop. The pictures absolutely don't do it justice, trust me it was horrendous. We were going to have our carpets cleaned soon anyway and I'm so glad we used Qualls ChemDry, our carpet seems (and smells) as good as new!

Qualls Chem-Dry always does an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. I have a little dog and regardless of my best efforts at house training my carpet sometimes need special treatment for urine stains. Chem-Dry gets out the stains and my carpet always looks like new. I HIGHLY recommend Qualls Chem-Dry!

Wonderful service! My house smells so much better! We have old dogs that have had a few accidents and no matter how much we cleaned and scrubbed we couldn't get the smell out. I loved our tech Levi. He was so kind and knowledgeable and transparent on our needs and weighing the cost-benefit ratio for our specific house. He was very thorough and ran through after care with us to achieve the highest results. The cleaner/deodorizer can have a strong smell, and one of our carpets was left feeling a little oily, but I'm hoping it will subside with vacuuming and with time.

During our phone conversation, Bruce was patient and accommodating in answering my questions regarding purchasing some spotter cans. One of his technicians Tanner, drove to my apartment complex within a couple days to deliver the spotter cans. Overall, Bruce and Tanner were professional, patient and great!

After calling around on a Sunday (I was desperate for a clean of a new-to-me used couch) Qualls was the most reasonably priced, by far. And they were able to come next day. I was able to prepay with Apple Pay, which was really convenient. The technician texted me a few hours before appointment window to give me a more exact time and arrived when he said he would. The clean took about an hour and I was super happy with the results. Water was coming out clean and stains were completely gone by the time he was done.

The carpet was clean and smell free after he is done. The carpet also dried in hours not days. Will use them again.

On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate Grant as a 5 . He knew what he was doing and I trust him. He answered my numerous questions. He said what he could do and what he couldn't do. But he overdelivered. The spot I thought would never come out- he got it. I want him to clean my carpets always!

Rob was really easy to talk to and did a thorough job throughout the condo. I was especially happy with the way he cleaned up stains left by my renter's sick cat. It was a huge relief that he got the smells out. He explained the bill well and clarified any questions I had. I really appreciated his professionalism.
