It's rare that I post a review but the service and price was so excellent with Sahara Air that I felt it's the least I could do to show my appreciation. Jeremy is an extremely knowledgeable and honest tech/sales person. Financing was super easy and 0% for long enough to pay off before any APR kicks in. Brenda in the office is an absolute pleasure to speak with and is very prompt in providing updates.

She truly showed they cared about getting the NV energy rebate. The guys that installed my system were courteous, clean, professional and took pride in their work. The day of installation, it raining harder than I can recall in 10 years. The guys stayed until the system was installed then came back the next day to be sure the humidity and rain didn't cause any issues.

They were very careful to not track mud or leave trash. Another tech came a few days later to wrap the lines when everything was dry. (4 ton/16 seer Amana 2 stage with AprilAir Filter Love this filter BTW.) Wish I had photos of the attic work. The install is so clean and detailed compared to my old system that our builder put in. I hate to say in this day and age that customer service and pride in a job well done is lost but that seems to be the case with so many companies.

Not Sahara Air. These people set the bar on service. Sahara installed my system in Nov. 2021 and are back today (same person, Jeremy, that sold me the system) to do a free pre-summer systems check (that they called to schedule) Thank you Sahara Air. --------- My buying experience---- I started researching local companies leading into the summer of 21 looking for 3 to 4 bids.

My 1st stop was Costco thinking that I would get the best price and having their warranty backup would be peace of mind. I WAS WRONG. The company Costco uses quoted me one price when I went direct to the vendor then a higher price when they found out I wanted to go through Costco. That other company (not sahara) factors in the Costco discount and Executive rewards when they know you're going through Costco. Beware.

I did get 2 other bids. One was a bit lower but the off brand units they used were not the same quality or features that Sahara had. (I recommend a 2 stage to save on electricity) The other company's quote was SUPER high and they kept saying it's because they provide their own Cadillac systems. ----- Do your research people. Not all systems are equal and Google is your friend when researching. Good luck and stay cool.

Always a gamble going with any HVAC company, but I feel this paid off. At the front end, Michelle was very responsive and knowledgeable, worked with my schedule, and offered me a good range of service options. The tech that arrived, Tyler, was fantastic. Very polite and friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, confident and capable in his abilities.

He sussed out the problem immediately and went to work. Also, proactively fixed a number of other issues that could impair my ac units in the future. I highly and fully recommend Sahara.

We just had whole house humidifiers installed. I read a lot about pros and cons of whole house humidifiers before we started to get estimates. We decided on Sahara for the job even though they were the most expensive estimate. It was because Jeremy explained thoroughly what they were going to do, and I liked what he said. The crew was the most polite, professional and considerate.

When you have a work done around the house, so often, one guy knows what's going on and the rest of the crew doesn't. All of Sahara's crew (well, all of them I spoke with) knew exactly what was going on, and what they were doing. After the job, I requested to have a minor thing changed. Then, Lucio texted me to see if the job was done to my satisfaction. So refreshing. I can't say enough nice things about this company. I highly recommend it.

Jeremy came out to find out why our a/c was running so much; sometimes over 2 hours. He said a valve was stuck and only cooling at 50%. He ordered a new part. When the new part was installed along with a new control board which I didn't know about, it was fixed. However, the unit still runs a long time! I don't notice much difference. Plus my bill was $894! I think Sahara Air should have called and given me the repair cost as a heads up! I thought I was only getting a new valve. The control panel was expensive!

The team arrived at 7:30 am and worked until 8:30 pm installing two new AC/Heating systems. They were efficient, pleasant, and made sure everything was cleaned and swept when they were done. It was 106 outside, and must have been unbearable in the attic but you would never been able to tell. I would recommend them to anyone. James is GREAT came in our house after 12 other companies just pointed to the intake and said that is your problem! $95 and solved! The unit was brand new! Factory could not figure out! Want a "TIP" ask for James!

Excellent team of professionals! The crew sent out to replace my HVAC system was awesome. They were friendly, professional, and did an amazing job installing the new system. It looks great in my garage and I couldn't be happier with the team sent out to my house to install the system. I have two other properties in Las Vegas and when it's time to replace the systems in those properties I'll definitely be calling Sahara Air.

Great company. Our A/C suddenly went out in 100+ degree weather. Called and they said they could come between 2 and 6. We were ok with that but then got a call that they were on their way and they were here at noon, only three hours after my initial call. The service tech, Chad, was very professional, diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes, replaced a capacitor and we were up and running. You could not ask for better service. We signed up for their club service which is a good deal. Don't hesitate to use them.

They added there 79.00 diagnostic fee onto my bill after the service. most company's have a diagnostic fee to make the service call, you go ahead with the repair the its included in the bill.not so with them. You can justify the pros and the cons of including it in a repair or keeping it separate. In the end it's like a Resort Fee at the hotels that is added and used just to raise profit.

Robert just finished with the winter season check of my unit. He quickly setup his ladder in the inconvenient location for the attic access.in the bedroom closet! He helped take down the items on the upper shelf and when finished put everything back. Robert was Covid ready with a mask, gloves, and shoe booties. I have used Sahara Air for over thirty years. Yes, OVER 30 years! Obviously, they have provided us with prompt, curteous, reliable, honest, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable service. When anyone I know has HVAC problems I always recommend Sahara Air. You can be confident when calling for help that you will receive the very best care!

We have been using Sahara Air for 7 years, and they have been phenomenal. When they hear of a catastrophic illness in our family, they always acknowledge us with a card. Their thoughtfulness and HONESTY are greatly appreciated. Robert was the technician today for my winter checkup. I've been using Sahara Air Conditioning for over two years now. They come twice a year to service my two A/C units and I couldn't be happier with their service. Robert came yesterday for my fall service and like the tech's before him, he was knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. As an added plus, if I have an issue with my A/C, Sahara will send someone out the same day for repairs.

Junior arrived and went straight to the problem. He checked things outside and then homed into the issue in the attic. Our issue was a minor one, it did require replacements parts, but everything was explained to us in plain English, not AC jargon. I know I bought time today before both units need replacing but Junior spelt it all out. I was very satisfied with the way Junior handled the situation and answered my questions in a way I could understand.

The bill was very detailed so no guessing on what you were charged. Junior came neat and clean, mask and booties.for which I was very grateful. I have no doubt we'll be calling them again when these two units crash and die.

I can't even begin to tell you how thrilled we are with the installation of our new systems! It was truly amazing to see how organized and efficient this team was with this whole process. Seriously! These guys know what they're doing. They covered their work areas and cleaned up to the point that you wouldn't even know that they had been here all day.

In fact, the way they left the area that the condensers were, my old ones were sinking in the mud. They added landscape rock to level out where they were sitting. They were incredibly clean and meticulous about all of it, I saw them in the driveway with the headlights on searching for any screws or debris that might have been missed.

They require a credit card BEFORE they come. Buyer beware. Someone calls and ask for your credit card number over the phone. Who does that. Sahara air I guess.

Robert came from Sahara Air this morning to perform our twice yearly service. It was over 100 degrees and our units are on the roof. He took the time to clean and maintain each of the units and took pictures to show us exactly what he did. He showed up at the time I was promised, and wore booties to keep my floors clean. I highly recommend Sahara Air!

I requested a quote and they got back to me almost immediately. The guy on the phone could have easily made a quick $100 or more off me to fix my problem with my thermostat but instead took the time to help me troubleshoot and talk with me about other common home issues I might run into and things to watch out for. In the end I didn't need them to come out but if I run into any HVAC issues, they will be my first call because of how he treated me. You just can't find that level of service and humanity in business anymore.

Great service! I call Sahara Air for service at my work. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They usually schedule service for the next day and keep their appointment times. They are dependable! The technicians explain everything they did before you sign the receipt. One tech made a little mistake, and of course he fixed it, but he also told me about it. Can't get more honest than that! I will continue to call Sahara Air for all the company's A/C and heating needs.

For years I had problems with my AC Unit after purchasing a 1999 house in 2009. Seemed every year in July I was spending lots of money to band-aid the problem, and I was worried that I would have to buy a new unit and was not able to afford it.

My A/C was not working (ugh!) and I called Sahara Air to see if they could help me out. The nice receptionist said they could send someone out that same day. WOW! A few hours later, Chris came out, assessed the situation, said we needed the board replaced.

Very friendly people, when I asked them some specifics about what they were doing and why, they took the time to tell me. Not like some places that act annoyed or treat you like you're dumb. Really helped my allergies when I lived in Vegas (I didn't expect allergies in the desert but there you have it).
