Birdsong Electric, Inc. started off in 1983 in a small warehouse in Garland, Texas. In 1988, we grew into a company owned 4,000+square foot warehouse and office. In 1996, owner Jack Birdsong purchased our presently occupied 11,000 square foot office and warehouse, with one acre of fenced-in outdoor parking and storage.

Still in Garland, these offices are now located at 2914 Industrial Lane. Our Mission is our sincere desire to serve each and every customer to the best of our ability, in a manner that keeps our customers' best interest in mind.

Critical:Professionalism This company will rip you off! I was given a quote and the invoice came in four times higher. It was a simple repair and they sent two guys which I have on camera standing around doing nothing for multiple hours, milking the clock. They were very difficult about it and dishonest. Beware! Absolutely horrible experience. We hired them to do a 75% electrical system reconstruction in a home we were remodeling. This was an approximate $65,000 electrical job. Electricians were lazy - caught the lead electrician watching his helper do the work several times. Quality of work was poor and occasionally they used the wrong size wire. Several meetings were requested with the owner and when he finally met with us he offered no apology or concession on price - he never came to the property to attempt to understand the issues.

We had to hire another electrician to redo a significant portion of their work that was done incorrectly and ended up paying double for a big piece of the job. I would NEVER refer anyone to them for ANY job. They avoided all accountability and did poor quality work.

An amusing note: Danny Arnold didn't make it to the site until 4:15 PM after I left, but he called me on the phone. He asked me for the gate codes so he could go in and do the work. My first instinct was to say no. I don't want any strangers doing work there without me. But then I paused and thought about it for a second. Then I told Danny, Why I'd trust you with my life.
