James was outstanding. He went above and beyond. Long story short we got a new dishwasher installed, but the old one was hardwired in so we needed a plug installed. The dishwasher installation folks screwed in the dishwasher and my boyfriend was out of town in business. Let me tell y’all I’m a 23 year old prone clutz. James came in and moved the dishwasher out installed a plug and put the dishwasher into realize it was sticking out.

So he went to get a recessed plug (which is an awesome new thing I just found out). He didn’t have one on his truck and went to Home Depot to buy one. The fact that this man didn’t want to do a half-ass job just warmed my heart. He got the plug installed and dishwasher back in. I am beyond pleased with the level of service. Not to mention James and I were chatting the whole time and it felt like talking to a friend. He answered all my questions. I will definitely be using this company again and requesting James. Thank you!

Just had great service from ElectricMan. My husband called yesterday and they said they would be out today at 8am. I was shocked that they were here at 8am. People never seem to be on time. Great work, very friendly and seemed reasonable priced. Brian Ford did excellent work on both jobs we needed done. Will definitely use again!

I was originally quoted a $59 charge for the electrician to come out to inspect the work. That to me sounded reasonable. I had an alarm that would go off unless we turned off the breaker. When the technician arrived he spotted the problem immediately. All he did was disconnect the alarm system. Pulled a cord out of the socket. For this, we were charged $159 dollars.

I tried to call back and spoke to the receptionist who assured me it should have only been $59. She said she would have someone call me. Three weeks and nothing! I called again and she said the repairman was supposed to call but he was out of the office and he would leave him a posted note. What unprofessionalism and way to avoid the costumer. I will rate them in every venue I can.

I'd like to really express how Nick was able to correct the problem. He immediately responded to my issues and diligently took care of the issue. I am definitely giving this company another change if they are willing to reach out to me personally to correct the issue.

Electric Man is still my “go to” for electrical work. It had been a while since I had the need to call Nick and his staff at Electric Man so I was hopeful that nothing had changed. Thank goodness that although some of the faces have changed, Nick is still the ElectricMan and runs a tight ship. We had some highly difficult and unusual lighting to be installed that required quite a bit of extra work and a couple of trips to get them installed properly.

The technicians are always prompt, let you know when they are on the way and get things done in a timely and clean manner. Nick and his staff do what it takes to make you a customer for life.

Good, honest, professional people. Nick the master electrician is extremely knowledgeable and a honest guy. He has even helped me fix a small issue over the phone for free! Nobody does that these days! I will use them every time I have an electrical issue.

ElectricMan is AWESOME! Had electrical issues and was able to fix all of them over the phone with electric man and it didn't cost me a penny!! I mean what a great guy. He knows his stuff and will absolutely take good care of you. Do not look further, ElectricMan is the place to stop for all or any electric needs.

Awesome! Initial phone contact was with the owner. He actually made suggestions for me to try that would not require a service call. But, I needed a service call anyway. Isaac came on time and quickly found and fixed my problem. He then gave me an estimate for replacing an old PFE circuit breaker box. We scheduled the work and, just as before, the technicians, Benjamin and Nico, arrived on time.

They answered my questions, explained what they were doing and why; and in general focused on doing a professional job.I commented that I liked the way the wires were arranged and routed. Benjamin responded that he liked for his work to look good, even though it would be covered up by sheet rock and the circuit box cover because he wanted to alway be proud of what he did. And when the work was finished, the final bill was less than the original estimate!

It's a Saturday and our AC disconnect started sparking and smoking. Brian with ElectricMan (open 24/7) quickly came and fixed the problem. What was once poorly-installed is now new and safe. He was very experienced and helpful, even great with our dogs. Couldn't recommend Brian and ElectricMan more highly!

This morning I had a circuit breaker flipping. Called Nick at Electric Man and he diagnosed it over the phone and fixed my problem. No service fee, no diagnostic charge, nothing. Told me to use the money he saved me to take my family out for dinner!

I am highly recommending Nick Schaeffer for any type of work. He is very honest! I called in because my outlets had shorted out. He went into detail on how to check a few things before they come out and charge.

ElectricMan showed up same day as I called, to do an installation of an exterior outlet for low voltage landscaping lights. The electrician was very friendly, personable and down to Earth. Pricing is on par with others, trip charge is average, but really can't beat their willingness to pencil you in same day - very impressive!
