Kevin of AAA Pools is top notch. I honestly can't think of a better service to utilize. I called him up one morning due to some filter issues as we prepare for upcoming pool season. He came over just an hour later and had my pool up and running in no time. He walked me through everything and taught me a lot about my pool. I can't thank him enough and highly recommend him. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

Do not hire these jokers. Tony came gave me a quote. Then wanted me to pay half upfront in order to schedule The job they were doing had no material cost as I already had purchased all the materials. So whats the half upfront for? He couldn't tell me. Then he said he would schedule me if I paid 1/2 upon their technician arriving to do the job.

I against my better judgment agreed, they then no showed for the job. The next day he (Tony) tells me his office ( lol as if the business is ran by someone other then him and his partner Andrea) is requiring I pay the entire job upfront. Ridiculous they are either robbing people of the money they pre pay or they are having issues collecting after the work is done because their clients are not happy. Shaddy!shaddy shaddy! Hired another guy named Jeff a totally great guy.

He came gave me a quote, told me how I could save money by doing a few of the easier repairs myself. Didn't need a penny upfront. And he gave me a more then fair price. If you don't want to get taken advantage of call Jeff 480-228-6649.

These folks are great. Honest and professional. They also took time to help educate us on the equipment and management and typical problems we can work to prevent or plan for. Services: Wall brushing, Filter cleaning, Water treatment, Netting

Kevin was the most honest worker I have ever encountered. He told me how to fix a mustard algae issue on my own saving me a few hundred dollars. His reasoning, "why charge someone for something they can do on their own. If something serious goes wrong, then I can help"

We hired AAA pool service for a rental property. I can only say the most amazing things about this company! Technician simply stopped showing up. After 3 phone messages with no response, we gave up and hired someone else. Surprisingly enough the new company serviced our pool within one hour of us calling him. We weren't at home and offered to send him payment in advance via pay pal and he said not to worry. The priority was to get the pool service. Now that's what we call service! Very unlike anything we received from AAA pools

Truly exceptional customer service from AAA Pool Services. I'm a new homeowner and had work done in my backyard that caused my pool equipment to be turned off. I turned the system back on after the work was complete, but realized I needed to understand the system better. I called explaining the situation, that I likely didn't need service but was hoping to be educated better on my system, and Kevin understood completely and scheduled an appointment the next day to come out.

He gave me a fantastic rundown of my system, how it works, and what will need attention in the future, at no charge. I would've understood if he had made me a low priority or suggested that there would be a fee for his time, but he recognized that he was providing uncommon customer service and that if I have any pool needs in the future, AAA Pool Services will be my immediate call. I'm a lot more confident in my ability to maintain my pool effectively, and I know exactly who to call when I have any questions or issues that I cannot manage myself. This is exactly how a company makes itself a part of the community. Thank you!

We called Kevin at AAA Pool Service thinking we were calling the company that took care of warranty work on our pool pump. Kevin was kind enough to return our call and provide us with the correct phone number. After sharing with him what was going on with our pool, I kept his number since he seemed honest and professional, something hard to come by these days.

After we had the warranty company come out, and found out that they couldn't fix the problem I immediately called Kevin. He came out that next week and fixed the problem. When he found the problem he as more involved than originally thought he called me prior to fixing it so that I was well informed. AAA Pool Service went above my expectations and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

We are currently renting our house and our pool was not properly working. Our friend recommended AAA pool company to us and we could not be happier. Kevin came over checked out our pump and told us exactly what we needed to do. As this pump at the rental house is extremely old it was wonderful to have someone like Kevin come over and look at it and help us out.

I HIGHLY recommend Aaa Pools! Unfortunately, I have been through a lot of Pool companies. Years of unreliable, dishonest, frankly, lazy thieves! Companies & guys that wouldn't come to service the pool, would constantly tell me that I needed unnecessary, costly equipment & repairs, & even horribly inappropriate, unprofessional technicians. To say that I was "leary" when I hired on Aaa Pools, is definitely an understatement.

I am completely satisfied & over joyed with the service, professionalism & honesty that I receive from Aaa Pools! Kevin & his team have always showed up when they said they would, have never quoted costly, unnecessary repairs. On the contrary, when repairs & equipment are needed, Kevin, the owner himself, comes out, discusses all of my options & even reccomends how I can save money! An example is, when my pump was blown out, he reccomended where I could buy the equipment myself & gave me a rock bottom install fee.

When he reccomended a more efficient cleaner, he loaned me one for a few weeks so I could see the difference for myself before buying one. What company does that? I could go on & on with examples of the incredible integrity of this company! However, I won't take up more of your time. Lol. In a nutshell, I have never felt that I was being taken advantage of or lied to. Take my word for it- you won't be disappointed with Aaa Pools!

I don't remember the last time I was more pleased with a business. I called AAA on the weekend (which he was willing to to come same day) to get my pool opened for the summer. They went out of his way to come at 6pm only to tell me that we didn't need to do anything but buy and add some liquid chlorine. He didn't even charge me for the service call!

Kevin is awesome! What a great service. Very impressed with the recommendations and the time he took to explain things. You can tell they have a lot of experience. Dog friendly too! Will be back for more.

This company is awesome, they even offered to help anytime and gave me cheaper options for cleaning my pool myself! I really appreciate them!

Never answers the phone. When he calls you back, very rarely he is very nice. Service quality sucks. Pool was always low in chemicals and turning green. Got another company and pool is always clear now. A lot of room for improvement. I wish the service was as nice as his personality.

He was extremely courteous, responsive and above all else, honest. I am not sure what happened with the other reviewer, but I'm sure there was a reason or maybe they are reviewing the wrong business? I called, left a message and got a call back within an hour or so. This guy is great and I highly recommend him!
