Excellent carpet buying experience. Our second time, actually. Now with a new owner since our last experience 5 years ago and it's the same great service. The owner, John, is very knowledgeable and helpful. No sales tactics or pressure. Pricing was excellent, install was timely. Install crew was clean and professional and did a very nice job.

Don Howell took me through the process and worked hard to find me a product that met my specific and particular needs. I felt I got a good price and value for the money I spent, all questions I had were answered, my budget and timeline were met and respected, as were my quality expectations. Don allowed me to take home some samples to test in my space and encouraged us to test them out and think about them, without pressuring or trying to upsell me in any way.

The selection we made was special ordered and installed within 2 weeks (perfect for my timeline). The installer was courteous, on-time, and worked hard. I spent my time at the Eastern location which had plenty of options, though I understand the other one has more, and rolls of stock items. Nevertheless, I would gladly seek out Don and this establishment again when my flooring needs call for it.

Extremely professional with high quality products. I had old carpet and tile replaced with new carpet and laminate flooring. Scheduling was coordinated with my time frame and went exactly as planned with no surprises. The work crews were very professional and even cleaned the work area before and after the new carpet and laminate was installed. The carpet looks beautiful and the laminate flooring is flawless. I finally found the carpet I was looking for at a great price. After three weeks of looking at a million different types of carpet and trying to figure out the price and footage I stopped in to see what Floor Covering had to offer. It was wonderful to find that they would come to my home and measure for me and give me a quote it made it so much easier. Have you ever met someone that you instinctively trusted in the first 30 seconds? I had that experience at Floor Covering Factory Outlet. I walked in with just a few flooring questions. Perry, the owner, greeted me like I was family. No pressure, no hype, just great Midwestern hospitality. He showed me many options and offered to work around my busy schedule and came to my home on time on a Saturday.

When Perry came to my house, he surely did not expect that my wife and I had completely different views on how best to handle our flooring ideas. Perry listened like a champ and handled us like the best marriage counselor anyone ever went to. I really felt embarrassed and sorry for him but not as embarrassed as I was about my flooring. I had a very unique situation.

I have rescued three basset hounds. Two doggie doors and a huge yard was not enough for them. They also pee inside. I had used every carpet cleaning service in the valley but I could no longer justify another two week solution. I needed a change and carpet was not an option for my situation. Nor was laminate or wood. If urine gets in the grooves, it will buckle.

We already had tile and did not want to tile the whole house. So what did this master of flooring suggest? The latest and greatest flooring ever made called LVT. Luxury vinyl tile. We got it in plank form and it looks exactly like wood. Everyone comes over and thinks it is wood. It is as amazing as Perry. But back to Perry. He showed up on a Sunday to give us samples.

He even helped and supervised the team moving our furniture and boxes. Yes, the owner. He could have sent someone else but he showed up. When it was time to move everything back, here Perry was again. And always on time. Imagine that. Now the installers, a father and son team were equally incredible. They were polite, professional and paid attention to every detail.

And they showed up on time every day as well. And they cleaned up after themselves too. Can you imagine? Perry has followed up three times. I think he likes hearing how much my wife and I absolutely love him, his business, his installers, and of course. our new floor. I have never written an online review about any company be it good or bad. So this should really tell you how satisfied I was. I am quite sure you will be pleased as well.
