Very bad company they hire the worst lowest cost subcontractors. They build my pool with so many problems. Don't believe the 5 stars opinions must be friends or workers, Brian description is very accurate. My pool is crooked my skimmer start leaking i founded was not cemented only stick in and cover with soil, When I call they don't like to talk with me. Stay away from this company.

Elite Weiler used to do residential pools. They were contracted my my home builder to build our pool. The pool came with a LIFETIME warranty on the structure and finish. Our spa started to leak before the 2 year mark. They came out and put a band aid on a bigger issue. The repair failed then they chose to hire a 3rd party to handle the repair. A couple years late that repair failed.
Both the 3rd party they hired and Elite Weiler will not respond to me or handle the repair like they should. This has been a 8 year headache and I'm still left with a spa that leaks. I will be pursuing Legal action. Between adding water to our pool daily, repair cost, leak detection, etc this has cost me thousands. Johh, the owner has chosen not to warranty their work.
I would strongly advise NOT to use this company. I will update this review once I have the outcome of the lawsuit or if they chose to respond to me and handle this like professionals. I've been told by several companies and a leak detection company that the shell wasn't shot right from the beginning. Very sad companies do this.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Burke. He has been attentive, professional, and has gone above and beyond to make this a positive experience. As you can imagine, spending this amount of money with someone you really don't know can be quite unnerving. Burke made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to go with Elite Weiler.
