We have weekly service and Ted is the best! He is punctual and whenever I have a question or need help with something, he takes care of it right away! We really appreciate him! Plus, whenever we need equipment maintenance, everyone in the office has been very helpful and get us taken care of quickly as possible. Sometimes even just talking us through it over the phone. Best decision we made for our pool life!

Jesse is our weekly pool maintenance guy, and he is AMAZING! Honestly our pool looks FANTASTIC! Jesse is always on time, comes in does his work, very professional, and is excellent at his job. Raised the agreed upon price of monthly service by $15 through mail, didn't even bother with a phone call. Upon the news, I canceled service. The last service, which I already paid for, part of my chlorine system was broken by the technician. Instead of offering to fix what they broke, they decided the better option is to leave my pool pump off for three days and charge me $85 for a simple repair later in the week(no thanks, you broke it through obvious missuse, but I'll fix it myself for $5 and 10minutes).
Too much of a coincidence that this damage was done after I canceled service. Would never use On-Time again. There are several homes in my neighborhood that use On-Time, and I will make sure all of them are aware of their bad business practices. You can clearly see where the Chlorine tablets are added was struck and cracked. Also note the $85 replacement part that cost me $5. The shop I purchased it from advised me that in 35 years of pool service they have never seen that piece broken.

They (Leslie) constantly communicated to me exactly how and when it was going to happen. Called after the install late afternoon on a Friday to follow up and ensure we were satisfied. We had a little hiccup, Leslie tried to walk me through it. She was unable to do so but immediately got the Service Manager (Brian) on the phone to try and talk me through it.
We were able to get it to turn on but we weren't comfortable with the procedure so Leslie and Brian placed us on the schedule for first thing Monday morning to make it right. I can't say enough about their promptness and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone and plan to utilize them for other services as needed.

I called and spoke with Nicole about getting an estimate for weekly pool cleaning. She was so friendly, helpful, and set up the appointment for the following Monday. They sent someone out to look at our pool and give us an estimate I told him yes and he immediately went to his truck and came right back and started treating it. Our chemicals were off due to lack of treatment.
A technician has been out every day this week to make sure the chemicals are right. I have never seen my pool this clean and blue. Impressed is an understatement. My only problem is that I should of called sooner! Thank you so much to everyone at On-Time for being so friendly and efficient.

Starting with Nicole in the office-I was treated with care and respect. Adam met with me and spent ALOT of time explaining how the repair and installation would work. All my questions were answered. He was focused, kind, and had a good sense of humor to boot: Justin performed the installation and it was supreme! He was careful, meticulous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was functioning perfectly. These guys know their trade! After many false starts with other companies I feel I have found the best and above all-peace of mind. THANK YOU ON TIME POOL SERVICE!

Our realtor recommended On-Time Pool Service when we purchased our Sarasota home from out of state. I asked them to come out and take a look, give us the cost to get our pool in swimming condition for our arrival & also price for monthly service. We arrived 3 days after their "cleaning", there was a note from the pool stating they had serviced the pool.
The pool looked green but we thought maybe it was a reflection or the color of the pebble tech. A few days later, I was still concerned about the pools color & the fact that there was a significant amount of algae in the hot tub grout. I called On-Time & asked them to come back out but they said they were no longer taking new clients. I then took our pool water sample to Pinch-a-penny where they told me there was zero chlorine in the water and looking at the numbers, we should not be swimming in the pool.
Someone came out to give us a second opinion & stayed that we had a significant algae problem. We shocked the pool and used a brush, that's what you see in these pictures. I called On-Time and left a message for a manger to return my call. The manager called me promptly the next morning and after explaining the situation, she agreed that it was not necessary for me to pay the service charge for the visit. I would not use this company or recommend them.

We had been using a pool store that also had a pool cleaning service to clean our pool. If the pool tech was sick or otherwise not available, we never knew when or even if our pool would get cleaned that week as they had poor or no backup for him. We go away for weeks at a time and we were always concerned that our pool was not being taken care of.
We switched to On-Time a few months ago. The pool has never looked better. The pool tech arrives promptly on the day he's supposed to and, on the very rare occasion that he can't be there, another tech shows up that day for him. We are paying On-time slightly more than what we paid the pool store but it is worth it just for the peace of mind. I also need to make a special mention of our pool tech Saul.
He is the hardest working tech that we've ever had. He is always in motion working on the pool and thoroughly does every step of pool maintenance every week which is something we never got from the pool store tech. The great way our pool looks is because of the pride that he takes in doing his job.

My pool pump recently broke. On-time Pool Service was the only pool company that returned my call. The technician, Justin, was able to come the following day. He called before he arrived and came at the expected time. He was professional made a few recommendations which I agreed with and completed the job in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with their service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them to a friend or neighbor. Thank you.

On-Time Pool Service! Great company. My propane gas heater was not working properly so I filed a claim with my home warrenty company. The pool company that they sent reported that my heater was toast and I needed a completely new heater. I insisted on a second opinion, the warrenty company sent ON-TIME POOL Service, which determined that the heater is in good condition and all the panel buttons working fine! New heater not needed. I found them to be honest and very easy to talk to about the problem. I rate them at the very top of the charts!

We recently switched our services from another company to On-Time Pool Service. I was very pleased from the beginning. First, the owner Kirk came out and took a look at our pool and gave me an in-depth tutorial of all the workings of the pool. I'm from Michigan so I didn't know what any of the mechanics of the pool were (I.e. Pool pump, heater, timer, filter area etc).
He explained in great detail and was able to answer all questions. They service my pool weekly and leave us a card with what they did each week. I'm very pleased with this company and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

So grateful to this company! We had landscapers damage a pipe from our pool to the pump. Water was leaking out from the pool into the yard. Leslie was very helpful and sent Justin out that same day to inspect the situation. It turns out there was damage so Leslie set me up with their plumber. He is scheduled to come repair the damage in just a few days. I will definitely use this company again when the need arises!

We bought a home with a hot tub, and a few days later, Irma hit and left us without electricity for 10 days. We hadn't used the hot tub since then, but decided to get it up and running. We knew it needed cleaning, so I called HotSpring, the maker of the spa, and asked for a recommendation for service. They told me they always referred to On-Time. Caleb came out and emptied and refilled the spa, changed the filters, scrubbed the tub, and explained hot tub maintenance to my husband. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend this company, and especially Caleb.

I contacted Kirk after trying many disappointing pool companies. This is my first pool and I had no idea what to expect so I asked each company to tell me what I could expect from them for service. Not one company could do what they promised. I called Kirk and found out that he does not service my area. He could have simply told me that and hung up.

Justin has been our Pool Cleaner for several years. He takes very good care of our pool, always checking and adding chemicals/salt when needed. We have had occasional problems with our Pop-Ups, and Justin has been able to remedy the situation. He has changed his schedule at times when asked to accommodate our needs.

Hired them Spring of 2016. Fired them December 2016. In the interm, had to have others fix small leaks at the equipment and change out a bad actuator valve, clean out filters, and replace leaf basket which burst from not being emptied weekly and removed algae on tiles in pool. Hired new company for $20.00 less per month.

My pool is finally the way it should be. We were very discouraged about the pool's appearance and poor surface. Kirk recommended a new surface and a new pump and the pool is wonderful. I called Kirk on the recommendation of someone else. I was looking for someone to take over the maintenance of my hot tub. I had just had a new motor installed and so had emptied and filled the tub again. Kirk talked me through cleaning the filters myself and adding the needed chemicals, while we were on the phone. He was so patient and kind. He will now take over the quarterly maintenance of my hot tub. I was so impressed with his customer service persona and look forward to our continued business relationship. How refreshing!

Kirk has perfected balance in what he does. In my world, by handling your pool correctly, a pool company should fade into the background and allow you to enjoy your home. You should know they are there as needed, you shouldn't think about them on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. In fact, if a pool company is doing its job correctly, you should truly forget how and why they exist.

We bought a house in Siesta Key last April (2014) which had an operational pool that was looking very tired and the equipment was well bast its 'sell by date'. Kirk figured out the mess of unmarked pipework, installed a new energy efficient pump, salt water chlorinator, and a contractor to re-line the pool.
