They installed my furnace, a/c, humidifier about 10 years ago. I have a service contract with K Co for both heating and a/c. Every time they come they are on time, professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. If I ask questions, they explain so that I understand. I would highly recommend the K Company, and I have! The representative, Patrick, was courteous, considerate of our home, and very knowledgeable. He worked carefully to get the job done correctly the first time. The office staff was also very polite and helpful. When I had to make a last minute schedule change, it was "no problem", and they were able to accommodate my needs. Service: Heating system repair

They came out to service right away, but after repairs, they kept changing their mind on what was wrong. They have been out 4 times, and it still isn't working. The unit is only 5 years old. Everytime i called them out, they charged me another service call, even though it was for the same problem. And everytime they decided that it was yet a different problem than the first.
I guess i don't mind paying for parts, but to continue to get hit with service calls and labor charges seems ridiculous. And of course, to date, it still is not working. I would think someone would contact me and try and work this out. BUT, they just keep sending someone out, billing me and the unit still does not work. Very poor service quality in my opinion and i will not recommend them to anyone.

I was so pleased that after discussing with you our problem, you pulled in your most qualified experts and with no delay got on the problem and even had a great backup plan if a repair was insufficient for the needs of the building.
