Best Energy Solutions

My go to for any HVAC services in my home. They offer very fairly priced residential services and have always been fast and friendly. They're more than willing to offer recommendations, diagnose and of course fix any problems that occur. They also will sell pasta to you direct if you're interested in fixing it yourself. I recently purchased a new air conditioner with them as well.

The consult was painless and no pressure. I worked with another company that absolutely insisted on replacing my furnace and trying to get me to finance. Best did not do that. They came, decided what I needed and gave me a price. No fancy business, no forceful sales practices. I ended up with a very nice York unit that I'm very happy with. They of course have told me my furnace is old, but they have on multiple occasions let me know there's no good reason to replace it. All that to be said. They're a fair and honest company and i highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

I contacted Best to get my furnace winter ready. The service tech arrived, went to my basement. Within 5 minutes he called me down and told me I was going to need a new furnace motor. There has never been any issues with my furnace except for occasionally needing to clean the flame sensor. He was finished with the entire service call in approx 10 minutes.

I was charged $130 for the visit and given an estimate of $375 plus $85/hr labor for a new motor. (Which by the way, Best never attempted to consider the amount I had just paid for a 10 minute inspection.) I attempted to contact the owner to discuss my concerns. Left him a message and after waiting for 3 days, he still has never returned my call. It was very unprofessional and I consider $130 for a tech to only do a visual check (nothing else) of my furnace was an absolute overcharge. By the way, I am using my furnace with no apparent issues.

Joe Chiarappa came out and gave a very competitive and educated estimate for a new furnace and ac combo. Answered all of my questions. Recommend considering Best for any high dollar estimates.

Eric and Jeff did a great job! They were great at answering my questions and concerns and did everything I needed. Also, did a great job with keeping everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs and I'll definitely contact them in the future with any of my future jobs. Thank you!

Great work by these guys. Professional from the initial call to finished work. Jay helped managed the repair time when I had to change it twice. Tech called 30 min out, and was extremely knowledgable and efficient. I had used two other companies previously and not satisfied. Best did great work at a fair price. Highly recommend!
