Carl's Heating & Air Conditioning has installed my furnace, added AC, and installed a new hot water tank for me. They've also replaced 2 of my neighbors furnaces, 2 of their hot water tanks, and added 2 AC units to their houses. We have all had excellent experiences with Carl's. We have boiler heat in our house and ithas stopped working.of course in middle of a snow storm. My landlord called Carl's as this is who services it. The sticker says 24/7service; HOWEVER, we called and it goes to their Answering service. Who was Rude. And they stated that Carl's left No On-call instructions and they won't get the message until tomorrow.not good when you have kids and it is cold outside.

I had replaced the control panel of my furnace and was still having a hard time getting it to heat. Zach was sent out to help find the problem. Here I had one wire in the wrong spot. On Friday 5/21, it had been 95° in my house for three days and I'm on oxygen. I called Blind and Son's and they told me it'd be $125.00 just to come out, but they were booked. I called Carl's and they listed me as a priority and were out that day! The repairman, Donavon, was awesome! He was polite, courteous and Covid conscious. It took him about an hour, the price was reasonable and our problem was fixed! If you want great service at a good price, I suggest you call Carl's!

Thank you for being an honest business your technicians that have been to my rentals have been great. Always upfront about whatever the problem was and fixed it no problem. I will use your business in the future. Pricing is honest and fair when I wasn't there to see them fix the problem they told me it was a loose wire in the thermostat and fixed it for a reasonable price.

I had the furnace blower wheel go bad and I told them I was looking to save a buck or two if possible. They said to just bring it in and they would work on it. Got it back that same day well priced and got everything working again. Couple years later the blower motor went bad and the technician came out this time replaced the motor but discovered the inducer motor was bad also.
He didn't have the part on him but got it working temporarily. It didn't last though and he came out the next morning and replaced it. Well priced, fast, honest people. Pleasure to work with.

We first used these folks a few years ago so that they could straighten out a mess that someone had made of our air conditioning. Then, we used them to replace a furnace. The price the gave was excellent and the service was incredibly good. We have since used them to do routine maintenance on our heating and air conditioning. Their service personnel have been uniformly good, and the owner is terrific to work with. Fair prices. Even for this area, where service companies are mostly very good, Carl's stands out.
