Our heating went out on Monday morning. I placed a request for a serviceman to come out at 8:00 a.m. They got here quickly and had it repaired by noon. They were super helpful working with my insurance company to get the claim paid promptly! Purchased a new furnace. All options were explained, including options on repairing the old one. The price was reasonable, installation was on time and very professional. My family has been using this company for years for heating maintenance, ect, and they've always been, and still are, reputable reliable, and a class act.

I am very pleased with the products and services that AABAL provides. They provide superb customer service. And, they are able to come out and assist on very short notice. Less than 24 hours. Indeed, they replaced my hot water heater today. I made the appointment yesterday afternoon and they were able to accommodate me at 9:00 this morning. In fact, the technicians who arrive Carl and Arnold were very professional, conscientious about not scratching my hard wood floors and just very pleasant gentlemen. Rodney is also a gem as well. Rodney ensured that I received the service I needed on very short notice. AABAL actually replaced my air conditioning unit a few weeks ago. Gold stars all around!

I called Monday about a boiler replacement and they came and replaced it today which is Thursday. They were very professional, clean, timely, and respectful. I had Don, Shawn, and Mario. They show me what they were doing and why they were doing it throughout the entire process. The new install looks great and professional. They kept the workspace clean, and didn't make a mess.
They are reasonably priced and I feel I got a great price for the work I needed done. Now the boiler is working great and the radiators are nice and hot. Give those guys a raise! I will definitely be using them again when I have a problem.

So they called when they realized they would be late and sent another guy because the original one was running behind. I can't shake the feeling that he wasn't knowledgeable and after paying $127 for the call and to bleed the radiators (even though I told him I just paid someone to bleed them the day before), the problem wasn't resolved.
My main issue is that it just sounded like a lot of guessing and answers to my direct questions and on what I'd gathered from previous technicians went unanswered. I was basically told to wait and call them again to guess some more. Not really an option when a tenant has no heat.

I am only giving them 2 stars because we had used them for years in the past and really had no problems. They were decently priced. We used them to install a furnace years ago and would have them come out yearly to clean and check it during the summer before the winter months came. What made me decide to trash their number is we had them come out to check the furnace and they told my aunt, who was the only person home, that the furnace was cracked in multiple places, was leaking and couldn't be fixed.
We needed a new one. For $20,000. My aunt told us this and we balked at the idea. This was in maybe October or something around there. It was cool but not cold. So we didn't turn up the heat because I was scared, thinking it would blow up or something. But soon it was getting cold and I knew we had to think of something soon instead of being idiots waiting around for winter to roll in.
I finally decided to get a second opinion. She just assumed there was no point and that we were just going to be out 20k. I had someone my father knew come by and check it out for us. He found no leaks and no problems. He said go ahead and turn it on and if we had any issues then give him a call. That was 3 years ago and still no problems with the furnace.
I never called AAbal back, but I was turned off by this. I had a feeling they were hoping to get over on an older woman who couldn't get down on the floor and look for leaks herself and didn't know any better. And they were right. She was ready to pay them because she didn't think there was no hope and wouldn't bother with a second opinion.
There is definitely something to be said for getting 2, 3 even 4 opinions if need be. They definitely get zero stars for this. Watch out and get another opinion if you use them and feel like the price is a little sketchy, especially if it's something big and expensive. In my situation they are hoping to scare you into thinking you won't have any heat in the coming winter and you'll pay them for a new heater out of panic and fear. Some of these people are terrible!

Jason came to fix our air conditioning today and he was fantastic. Professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. He was also really awesome with my kids who wanted to watch him work. I can't speak to the cost as I'm just the renter, but I would definitely hire this company in the future! Thanks Aabal!

Rarely, do I write reviews so you can imagine that I must feel something special when I take the time to do a second one. Recently, I had a furnace installed by Aabal and I wanted to use one of the fancy new thermostats by Ecobee. Although it turned out to be incompatible with my system, Jason put in a herculean effort to get it installed; including working with the customer support with vendor. Much thanks to Jason, Arnold and the rest of the staff for their continued, exemplary service.

Great service, honest and responsive! The Tech that serviced my furnace (Justin) was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain the issue to me. Justin fixed the issue and made no attempt to "up-sell" additional service or parts. HVAC Companies are only as good as their technicians in the field, AABAL has nailed this with their people. They installed my furnace three years ago and have stood by their work.

We have been using Aabal for over ten years. I have found them to be on time, competitively priced and knowledgeable. I called this morning when our thermostat read 54 degrees and they were able to get someone out to my house within three hours of my call. Jason and David were outstanding. They explained the issue, repaired the problem quickly and gave me some tips to keep the furnace working well. Highly recommend.

Jason and Dave were AWESOME! I needed two floor registers replaced as they were badly broken and no one had the size I needed (12x30). Aabal came out within 30 minutes for a free estimate and replaced the registers within the hour. Jason even took out the broken registers to the trash! He and Dave were very friendly and approachable concerning the issues with the furnace and extremely informative. Once my basement is waterproofed, they will definitely be replacing my furnace and doing any HVAC work. I'm sold.

I really hate this company. On Dec 2014, our furnace broke down. We called AABAL to diagnose and fix the problem. They said we needed a new motherboard for the furnace. It was going to cost $729 (they wanted to charge more) and they suggested that we need a new furnace, which we disagreed. The furnace still had some years to go and was only 8 years old and was properly maintained.
Something just broke prematurely. They fixed the furnace or I thought they fixed it because there was not enough heat coming in still. When we called them back to check their works and their defense was I wasn't changing the furnace filter often. BS. I changed that furnace filter like changing baby diapers. When the service technician came back to measure the room temperature with his device he said that everything was normal.
He said that I was imagining things. What?! February 10, 2015 our furnace broke again for the second time. This time AABAL charged $269 to replace a fuse switch which I suspected was the original cause of the furnace. Paid about $1000 already alone to AABAL Heating within 2 months for a half assed job done. Forget AABAL Heating and purchase a Home warranty service for appliances, furnaces, air conditioners, etc. and save your self a headache. ABBAL HEATING is the dumps!

I had used AABAL once before and their service was decent so when the AC unit stopped functioning I placed a call. They set up an appointment for the next day from 11 am to 1 pm and to9ld me the technician would call before coming. I gave them two phone numbers. At 1 pm (the end of the appointment window) I hadn't heard anything so I called. "You are next on the list, the technician will be there within thirty minutes", they said.
I understand that things happen and sometimes technicians are late, but in that case, I expect a call from the company to tell me what is going on. At 4 pm I still hadn't heard anything and we had to leave. I won't be using them again.

I have had Aabal out several times for heating and air issues over the past few years. Theey have always been very professional, knowledgeable, and competively priced. Never had an issue with their work. I would rather support a smaller family owned business than large businesses that get to big for their own good.
