My wife and I had been experiencing major issues with our A/C unit in our home. We called AirMen Heating and Cooling and they dispatched Antione. We are totally happy with the work that he has performed. He suggested that we needed a new Air Handler and a new condenser fan. He explained every step of the way what his team would be doing and was very respectful if/when any issues came up. AirMen really does have a true professional on their team. Whoever his Supervisor/Boss is please give that man a raise. He and his partner worked there butts off to get us up and running. I will be sure to pass all referrals to AirMen going forward.

I have hired other AC repair companies in the past and have never considered them to be mediocre until now. I am beyond impressed with the exemplary service of AirMen Heating and Air Condition. I hired them to service the AC unit for my Mother-In-Law's home and the gentleman who came to the property, Antione, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I will definitely only be using this company from here on out, for my home and as a licensed home inspector, I feel comfortable saying that I will be recommending them to my clients as well.

A few months ago, our AC stopped blowing cold air so we called Airmen. We were initially told that we would need a whole new unit and it would cost between 3-5k. We told them we couldn't pay that right now so we would just shut it down and go without for awhile. The tech then said he wanted to check one more thing and this time came back and said it was just the capacitor and would cost less than $200.

We found this concerning because we believe that if we would have given the green light for a new unit right away, we would have paid way more than needed. When we questioned the tech, he excused it by saying that he was just giving us a heads up and was still going to check the capacitor anyway. At the time, we decided to give the benefit of the doubt and not leave a bad review--we would just no longer use their service as we found this incident dishonest. Yesterday, our same AC unit stopped working again.

We called a different company and turns out the capacitor that Airmen installed a few months ago was not mounted correctly and it fell and burned a hole through the bottom. We had to pay to have another new capacitor installed. I would advise questioning or getting a second opinion, especially if you are told that you need a whole new unit. Very disappointing.

They lost our service for our 3 AC units. Update 8/22: The owner called me last week to get all the details and apologize. He sent a check for the amount of what we paid to have the capacitor replaced again. Update 11/5: August 2018 we had another repair done that cost a couple thousand dollars that is no longer working. AGAIN. We will be calling someone else and spending the money again to get it fixed correctly.

What a headache. When I talked to the owner a couple months ago, he had asked that I call him first to fix the issue before writing a review, but at this point I don't trust them anywhere near my units. What a headache. Beware.

Called airmen on a Tuesday morning at 8am after my upstairs zone gave out the previous evening. They were able to get me in same day with a 12pm appointment. Other services were giving me a 4+ hour window in the afternoon after it cooked all day up there. Needed someone asap as I have young toddlers that sleep up there plus my wife and I both work from home upstairs. Jason and Lito (sp?) both arrived very promptly at 12pm.

I really appreciated that they were punctual as that works way better for me than a 4 hr window. They were both super courteous, knowledgeable, and up front. They diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired it, and checked out the unit for any other potential issues before billing for just the repair completed. Definitely recommend them for the availability same day, punctuality, quick and quality service, customer-first mindset, and fair pricing.

Last night we spent three hours troubleshooting our Nest system. We slept uncomfortably and called this morning to a couple of companies to get information. AirMen's phone customer service was very friendly and was able to get us in the same day, they also did not have any issue with our nest system (other companies did). Antione came out and was SO nice, informative and efficient. Thank you for trucking through these times of chaos and helping our family.

It was time to replace my 2 air conditioning units and I did my due diligence and had 4 different companies come out to give me estimates. James from AirMen was the only company that went into my attic and looked at my ducts and really took the time to explain everything to me. With such a large investment we wanted to feel comfortable with our decision and we chose AirMen and could not have been happier. Antoine Nesmith who installed our units is an absolute gem. He is honest and hardworking and braved the dark of night and a Florida rain storm to get the job done. I've already referred James, Antoine and AirMen to my neighbors.

These guys are great! The company always has the same person respond to calls and regular servicing, so my tech knows my a/c system. Antione is responsible, knows what he's doing and responds very quickly. He kept the old system running well, way past when it should probably have been replaced, and when the time came to put in a new system, helped me find financing, and did the installation quickly.

He even removed every bit of the old system (no stray wires and parts hanging around.) AirMen are true professionals. I trust them to do an excellent job at a very fair price, and to do it quickly which, in the Florida heat, is so important.

I would definitely recommend this company. Their service is amazing. They let us know what is exactly going wrong with the unit. And if you are curious how Air conditioning works. Antoine will explain in detail. Owner (Antoine) did good job. He cares about his customers. Ask for him. Also their rates are very less compare to other places. Thank you Airmen for fixing my unit.

After dealing with many independent and "home-warranty" AC services, these these guys were amazing! We had a small issue but I was tired of dealing with the poor service of those home warranty place and waiting for ever. Airmen was out here within a day of calling, and called when late (not a window, specific time). My first impression was shock as I open the front door to a red carpet rolled out and booties in hand so that the tech didn't muddy up the place (always appreciated)!

After a good overhaul of the system and a fix in place, although the issue was still persistent, they were back within a couple hours of my asking them to come check it again and at no charge fixed up perfectly (there were two possible solutions and I was informed at the time and agreed to try one solution and call back if it didn't work). And all this was at same cost i would have had to pay the home warranty service to come out and "diagnose" the issue.

This is first-rate service, friendly faces and exactly what I've been looking for. Keep up the good work and I definitely recommend these guys! In my case, the tech Antoine was an excellent professional, friendly and courteous.

In this day and age, for someone to pass up the opportunity to make himself thousands of dollars so he can save ME thousands.that's extraordinary. My opinion is that these people really know how to fix air conditioners.and they are honest. I would refer these people Enthusiastically!
