I really appreciated the time that was taken to get the job done thoroughly. We bought a house that had just had the carpets cleaned but they were still in bad condition. Bill was so amazing; he had a sales rep bring him a special stain spray mid clean just so he get rid of a problem spot. Then went over the carpets a 2nd time! No nickel and deeming every little thing either. I highly doubt I will ever use another company!

I found Mountain Standard via Google search and selected them based on the great Google reviews. I was able to get in touch with Bill Giglio (owner) on the first call. I was in need of upholstery cleaning after my cat made a complete mess of my white linen sofa and I wasn't able to remove the stain on my own. Bill was super friendly over the phone and assured me that he'd be able to make my sofa look like new again.

He was responsible in his communication and very prompt. My expectations were thoroughly exceed and he even came back a second time at no charge to ensure the stain was completely removed. This is the second time we had our carpet cleaned with Mountain Standard. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The prices are very affordable and our carpets look amazing. We have very light carpeting and even the stairs which were very stained look new again. I highly recommend!

I have three children and pets. My carpets were Disgusting. I cannot even believe how clean Bill got my carpets. I never thought he would be able to get the stains out, I have tried the rental machines and Stanley Steemer and nothing worked.til Bill! My house is beautiful again. I had Bill over to my house to clean my basement carpet. When I saw the great job he did, I had him come back to clean the rest of my home. Both times he was very professional and kind. He explained his procedure and what he thought the outcome would be and did what he promised. Each cleaning turned out much much better than I expected after my dealings with other carpet cleaners.

An all-around great experience! The prices were good (including a discount for first-time customers), and the carpet looks great! I would highly recommend Mountain Standard to anyone looking to have their carpet cleaned, and would definitely use them again. He even offered to come back and touch up any spots if needed, but that isn't necessary, as they looked great the first time!

Bill was great! He worked with me to book a day and time that worked perfectly, he called the day before to confirm, and then he showed up on time and worked efficiently while at my house.
