I purchased a home from Ryan Morrissey about a year ago. The project was a knock down of a previous house and a rebuild of a new one. Ryan and his team expanded the kitchen and built a stunning home. His attention to detail and workmanship was fabulous and second to none. I have had a few minor issues and Ryan and his team have responded to each instance kindly and quickly.

Working with Ryan has truly been a pleasure. He was always on time and helped guide us through the confusing construction process. We were pleased with all their work and attention to detail. We felt as though we were always a priority and that Ryan truly put his heart into our project. When completed, our new space was better than we could have imagined.

This past summer, we contracted with Ryan Morrissey of RPM Builders Inc., for a total gut rehab of our kitchen, addition of a full bath on the first floor and a rehab of our sunroom. Ryan and his crew performed their work with refreshing diligence and professionalism. We have heard stories concerning contractors who take your money and show up sporadically, or not at all.

Getting a great contractor is hard, getting one that you can trust to do the job when you live in another state is nearly impossible. We got super lucky with Ryan from RPM. The quality is great. The prices are reasonable, and best of all he is right on top of the project. He made good suggestions. Has a strong network of quality specialists for electrical and plumbing (although I'd like his paint guys to be a bit more affordable).
He is also super responsive and works well over email. We did a loft remodel that included dry wall, flooring, plumbing and electrical. We're planning on doing more work with Ryan and recommend him highly.
