Lee quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue with my AC. Ethan came after hours to fix my heat on the day I moved in to my home which was also one of the coldest days of the winter. He knew immediately what the problem was and repaired it very quickly. Skelton's are the best! I should add that the customer service I received from the office was amazing. They went above and beyond! I could not have asked for better service from the technicians or the office staff! I will always recommend Skelton's Heating and Air!

We called on a Saturday afternoon around 4:00 P.M which was after hours. The receptionist was very courteous and polite. She took down my information and passed it to the technician. Within 15 minutes we received a call from Gage and we discussed the issue. He was onsite within 30 minutes of the call. He was very professional and was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue quickly. We have had other companies out in the past and will never use anyone other than skeletons!

Skelton's is professional, on time, and EXPENSIVE. I've never had bad service from them, however, the cost has become outrageous. Technician was in my home for 15-20 minutes. The repair required him screwing in a disconnect to the a/c unit. Cost was $89 to come out plus $169 for a minimum charge. That is $750 - 1000 per hour for service. I will never use the company again for maintenance. I'll take their bid for new units when the time comes.

I had a wonderful experience with Skelton's. At the time of my spring maintenance it was found that I needed to have a compressor replaced in one of my units. My technician, Scott, was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing. He was on time and the work was done within the time frame I was told. I am very pleased.

Skeltons is everything you want from a heating and air company - excellent customer service, prompt appointments, on time, fantastic technicians (thank you Ethan), get the job done first time and really take care of their customers. They installed my system, maintain it each year and if I have any issues they will be out, typically within 24 hours, to sort it. I would highly recommend them to anyone - their attention to detail in every part of my interactions with them is first class.

At the first sign of cooler weather, I turned the heat on, but it would turn off in a matter of minutes. I called a local company and they came out, installed a new thermostat & left. I called back and a technician came out, put in another thermostat then took a look at the unit. He said it was not getting enough gas to the unit. The gas company came out, put a regulator on the unit because the other was now missing and said the unit was getting the right amount of gas to it.

Everyone was pointing fingers. Everyone had been so nice and I didn't want to continue bugging them. So, I gave up and bought space heaters. My boss heard my story and had Skelton contact me for an appointment to take a look. I was blown away by the professionalism. 30 minutes before they came out, the company sent me his name, credentials and tracking information so I would know who was showing up.

He was so patient with me. He let me hover and ask questions and explained to me the importance of maintenance and what can happen when you don't service your unit. After 2 months with no heat, I can now rest easy. Thank you!

All of their people arrived on time for giving estimates and doing the work. They did a clean neat install and dealt with a couple of irregular things from the original duct work with no problems. I never write reviews for businesses, but, Skelton's really just deserves all the stars. I called in this morning because of issues with our furnace. The office staff was so helpful and nice. They had a tech here just a few hours later and got issue resolved so quickly. Lee was courteous, prompt, and explained everything very well. Great pricing and the maintenance membership is just an awesome deal. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing heating/cooling help!

I signed up for the maintenance agreement which covers cleaning and a discount on repairs. It took a few visits to get it working, but i really appreciated John and the work he did, his ability to explain the issue, his kindness and professionalism, and felt very safe with him working on my issue. He clearly demonstrated he knew what he was talking about.

The guys were great, made sure all my questions were answered fully, super cleanup after all the work was done, stayed on task and no wasted time. Mine was a 2 day job.
