Working with Brad was a pleasure right from the start. He has a great architectural vision and style that he incorporates into all of the homes he builds. It was this architectural style that attracted us to our new home. The unexpected part for us was Brad's willingness to work with us on a few upgrades and changes and his service after the sale.

Our building process was great! We were on the jobsite every day and Brad was always there, available and to answer our questions and offer suggestions. Our project moved along smoothly and successfully. Brad and his staff at Homes by Design orchestrated each challenge and situation professionally, timely, and on schedule. It was an amazing feeling, the day we moved into our new home.
