Such a positive experience working with Phillip and Tobin Heating and Air Conditioning. Being in this home for over 30 years we've had numerous Heating & A/C companies doing work. T9bin outperformed them by head and shoulders in everything. From the 1st communication on the phone to final handshake after a job well done. We had to move an A/C unit around the corner of our house so we could other work there.

When he came and looked at it he recommended we replace it rather than move it, as it was 19 yrs old. (We were told the same by another company) After he was done the next day our Concrete guts asked if the line could be moved up an inch. I called and Phillip was here the next day getting it done with a smile. I couldn't recommended them any more. We will be doing our hot water heater with them soon. Thanks Tobin

REAL INTEGRITY. We only thought we needed an A/C repair but Tobin's man Mason discovered the water on the floor was due to my own sloppy work on the drain line. BUT, not wanting us to waste the cost of his visit he offered to check out our A/C system AND furnace while he was here. IN ADDITION he let us know that many furnace problems don't call for replacement but can be repaired for a much smaller cost by replacing faulty parts. This is truly an unusual outfit. Many will try to sell you a new system but NOT TOBIN. I can't imagine why we would seek help from any other company.

Tobin had been recommended to me by some of my co-workers. I set up an appointment and Mason came out to do maintenance work on both my furnace and AC unit. He was very professional. explained everything he was working on and got approval before doing any part replacements while he was there. I got multiple quotes to install a new furnace before I came across Tobin. Tobin was not only the most reasonably priced but the most friendly and knowledgeable about my different options and willing to take time to thoroughly explain answers to all my questions. They quoted a system fit to the size of my house and didn't try to over sell. Since then I've used them exclusively for all my HVAC needs and recommended to a number of friends. Highly recommend!

Mason was great! He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did to service the A/C and furnace, and did a great job cleaning the A/C. He made some minor repairs and gave some great advice on how to keep everything running and in good condition. I highly recommend this company! It was a great experience from start to finish!

I've used Phil and his team several times over the past year. Tobin installed a dual stage furnace in our current home and it has been a great change over the old single stage furnace. Well worth it! The pricing was competitive, and they were on time, pleasant, and tidy. Tobin's work passed city inspection on the first try, no issues. That is important! Tobin also installed a/c in our home that has never had it, which was complicated by the way the home was built, and Phil figured out a cost effective way to do it.

I've used Tobin heating for 6 years. I have called them a handful of times when my heat stopped working completely and they have always fixed it very quickly. I've also used them for routine maintenance and that's been very easy. Their people are very nice and willing to explain the details to you, in addition to getting it fixed. I've seen the same 3 guys come out repeatedly which is great because they retain knowledge of past issues with our system. They have truly been the best home service company I've worked with, and with an older house I've worked with a lot!

We have a newborn and woke up to a furnace that wouldn't turn on. Tobin sent out a wonderful technician that day who came early. He was fast and very kind. They saved us money and did a wonderful job. We will definitely keep calling Tobin for services.

Great Service. My furnace was short-cycleing and would shut off right after it turned on. They came really quickly, cleaned the parts and didn't charge me more then the service fee. They were very professional and nice. A really good family owned company. I would highly recommend.

My furnace went out and I called up TOBIN to get an estimate. I had three other estimates for similar furnaces and the other companies wanted $1000 more. I hired TOBIN and had a high efficiency Amana furnace installed for much less than the other companies. I was very happy with the two service technicians who came out.
